进军区域．专注高赚益产品．森化盈利有望创新高
（吉隆坡13日讯）森化集团（SAMCHEM，5147，主板贸服组）2017财政年第三季财报喜人，肯纳格研究看好集团通过前进区域市场，以及专注高赚益化学混合产品市场，现财政年盈利有望创下历史新高。
肯纳格研究说，森化集团和全球化学生产商拥有长期良好关系和代理群，相信集团将可从区域市场工业潮获益匪浅。
目前，森化集团已取得越南和印尼30%和10%市占率，并考虑胡志明市仓库和代理办事处作为明年前进缅甸、菲律宾等市场的中转站。
此外，森化集团也日趋专注高赚益的化学混合产品生产，这有望提振集团长期赚益。
综合以上，肯纳格研究看好森化集团2017和2018财政年净利将大涨46.7%和31.9%，但也预期集团2017/2018财政年资本开销将增至1000万和1500万令吉。““同时，为免净负债比从0.7倍增至0.8倍，我们预期集团可能调低派息率至40%，相等于每股股息3.2仙/4.3仙。”
不过，肯纳格研究仍给予森化集团“短线买进”评级，以及1令吉20仙目标价，主要考量卓越盈利增长将拉近估值差距。

Samchem’s turnover as of YTD September 2017 is RM676 million. We are on track to achieve the RM900 million mark as conditions in the economy is favourable for the remaining months of the year to maintain the momentum generated in the first 3 quarters.
As for the sentence “Next year? We should be able to exceed RM1 billion in turnover”, it is an internal management target as our track record shows a growth of 16% in 2016 over 2015 and 40% as of YTD September 2017 over YTD September 2016.
The above is an internal management target which has not been reviewed by the external auditor.

森化子公司拟越南挂牌
2018年1月26日
（吉隆坡25日讯）森化集团（SAMCHEM，5147，主板贸服股）计划将越南子公司——Samchemsphere Joint Stock（SCSJSC），上市胡志明交易所。
森化集团日前向交易所报备，该集团正在探索SCSJSC上市胡志明交易所的可能，目前只处于初步阶段。
贡献三分一营收
SCSJSC是Samchemsphere出口私人有限公司（SESB）持股63.25%或63万2500股的子公司，后者是森化集团的独资子公司。
SCSJSC的主要业务，是分销工业化学产品。
截至12月杪的2016财年，SCSJSC取得营业额2亿2042万令吉，税前盈利达1047万令吉，该营业额占森化集团2016年财年总营业额的32%。
森化集团称，建议上市活动，能让该集团借助于越南经济的快速增长，及越南工业化学工业的潜在增长。
同时，这能为SCSJSC提供一个取得上市地位的平台，直接进入越南资本市场，为以后的扩展和持续增长计划筹集资金，而不必依赖森化集团的现有资源。
上市预计也可提高SCSJSC的形象和知名度。【e南洋】

森化乐观看前景 放眼净利双位数成长

（吉隆坡18日讯）大马3大化学品分销商之一--森化集团（SAMCHEM，5147，主板贸服股）乐观看待前景，放眼2018財政年（12月31日结账）营业额至少达到10亿令吉之余，也预测净利可取得双位数成长。
森化集团週四（17日）公布首季业绩，净利和营业额分別劲扬61.96%与20.80%，带动今日股价上涨7仙或6.80%，以1.10令吉掛收，全天成交量为144万股。
森化集团首席营运员庄伟业在今日的股东大会后向媒体表示，森化集团分销的化学品范围极广，可用作市面上眾多商品，尤其是以中產阶级为主要目標的商品之原料，因此，隨著经济增长，其业务也將上扬。
同时，他透露，该集团已擬定5年发展计划，冀望各占营收50%的大马和东南亚市场，可持续推动集团成长，在2022年將营业额推高到18亿令吉。
越南业务分拆上市
「泰国除外，我们的分销市场遍布东南亚主要国家，如越南和印尼等，而相关国家的人口皆远超大马，市场潜能极大。」
庄伟业指出，森化集团有意將越南业务分拆並在该国交易所上市，集资作为其他新市场的发展资金之外，也降低该集团近1倍的负债率。
「我们打算在今年杪，为旗下越南业务进行首次公开售股（IPO），但许多细节仍未敲定，包括集资数额。」此外，他表示，森化集团已开始进军缅甸和菲律宾，惟，未来5年估计不会为集团带来显著贡献。
另一方面，庄氏认为，大马新政府將消费税（GST）降至0%的决定，將对森化集团带来正面影响，包括降低借贷成本、节省800万令吉的税务等，並且可提高中產阶级的可支配收入，间接令集团受惠。
针对政府欲重新推行的销售及服务税（SST），庄伟业表示，目前仍不知道新的销售及服务税系统將如何执行，但根据以往经验，化学品无需徵收销售税。
他也表达对新政府的乐观和信心，並指新政府有能力为大马引进更多外来直接投资（FDI），届时森化集团也可受惠。
至于资本开销，庄伟业称，森化集团已拨出3000万令吉，以收购巴生西港一块土地，以及在该土地兴建一座全新化学品混合工厂。【东方网财经】 |
