On behalf of the Board of Directors of Orion, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company on 25 August 2020, the Company had entered into a Share Sale Agreement with Tan Tong Lang, Tee Wei Chung and Kong Sau Kian in relation to the acquisition by Orion of 1,000 ordinary shares in Boardroom.com Sdn Bhd (“Boardroom.com”) representing 100% equity interest in Boardroom.com. In addition, the Company also proposes to undertake a private placement of up to 77,864,300 ordinary shares in Orion, representing approximately 10% of the total number of issued shares of Orion.
