The Board of Directors of KUB Malaysia Berhad (‘KUB’) wishes to announce the following: On 20 December 2018, KUB and its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, KUB Tower Sdn Bhd (‘KUBT’) had entered into a Supplemental Agreement (‘SA’) to vary the terms of the principal Sale and Purchase Agreement (‘SPA’) in relation to the disposal of a piece of leasehold land at a total consideration of RM35,535,000.00. On 20 December 2018, its wholly-owned subsidiary, KUB Ekuiti Sdn Bhd (‘KUBE’ or ‘the Seller’) has entered into a Share Sale Agreement (‘SSA’) with Kasmuncak Holdings Sdn Bhd (‘KHSB’ or ‘the Purchaser’) for the disposal of its 100% equity interest comprising 500,000 units of Ordinary Shares (‘the Sale Shares’) representing RM500,000.00 of issued shares of KUB Tower Sdn Bhd at a total consideration of RM1,465,000.00 (‘Purchase Consideration’). Anchorscape Sdn Bhd has been approached by a few parties who have expressed interest in acquiring some stake held by them in the Company. 2. The discussions with the various parties are still very preliminary at this juncture and no agreements and/or conclusions have been made so far on the same. （吉隆坡4日讯）JAG Capital Holdings私人有限公司以1亿2109万令吉，向Anchorscape私人有限公司收购KUB Malaysia Bhd的31.99%股权后，成为后者的最大股东。

KUB今日向大马交易所报备，JAG Capital与Anchorscape的直接交易已于上周五（1日）完成。

配合这项公告，KUB今早9时至10时暂停交易。

根据彭博社，这1亿7807万股是以每股68仙购入，较周五闭市的39.5仙大幅溢价。

休市时，该股攀6仙或15.19%，挂45.5仙，共1957万8400股易手。盘中一度涨9仙或22.78%，至48.5仙。

根据大马公司委员会的资料，Anchorscape是一家与Darhim Dali Hashim及Datuk Abdul Rahman Mohd Redza关联的投资控股公司。这项交易之前，Anchorscape是KUB最大股东，持有52.17%股权。

Darhim是国家基建公司（Prasarana Malaysia Bhd）的董事，也是Radimax Group私人有限公司的总执行长，后者是一家船坞、工程和造船厂公司；而Abdul Rahman是巫统宁宜（Linggi）州议员。
