广发邀请帖，Cosplay界每年最受注目的赛事又将开跑！全新的赛制、每一场都是决赛；更高的奖金，每一场都要送出！比赛肯定更加好玩！大马Cosplayers必参与，今年最不能错过的赛事！

-必须呈交报名表格和附上您所扮演的角色照片
-截止日期：9th July 2008

－初赛－半决赛＝金河广场6楼潮流地带
3) 比赛宗旨： 发掘动漫发烧友的无限创意
提供新生代展示其最爱动漫角色平台
培养良性竞争精神，并鼓励正面动漫阅读观看风气
为Cosplay发烧友之间打开交流之门
4）奖项设立:
Grand Winner 冠军:
现金奖 RM 1000 x 3 match
Consolations 安慰奖:
现金奖 RM500 x 3份

5）比赛赛程:
- 第一组决赛 7月 13 日 2008 (星期天) 3pm 金河广场6楼潮流地带
- 第二组决赛 7月 20 日 2008 (星期天) 3pm 金河广场6楼潮流地带
- 第三组决赛 7月 27 日2008 (星期天) 3pm 金河广场6楼潮流地带

8) 比赛规则 **
参赛资格：
1） 此竞赛公开给所有年满13岁以上的读者参与。参赛者可以选择任何一个日本漫画。动漫。游戏角色为扮演角色. (原创角色将不被接受)
2） 参赛者必须在9/7/2008 之前，将报名表格连同欲扮演的角色照片邮寄或电邮至主办单位
3） 此竞赛只公开给个人参赛. 参赛者可携带一或两名非参赛者助阵.

基本规则：
1） 每位参赛者必须将报名表格和所扮演的动漫人物形象填妥并邮寄或电邮至主办单位
2） 此竞赛只公开给个人参赛
3） Cosplayer 必须紧遵大会工作人员的吩咐以便能确保您的个人以及财物安全。如果大会发现有任何参赛者意图干扰大会进行，伤害他人或不听从大会吩咐而妄自行事而影响大会流程等，大会将有权随时撤销其参赛资格
4） 如Cosplayer 不愿听从大会工作人员吩咐而所引起的一切后果将由该Cosplayer自负
5） 参赛者可以以不同角色出场。但必须于申请表格上注明每场的角色以及角色来源
6） 参赛题目为自由题。但绝对严禁任何所演出之题目将会，或有对各个宗教，种族，文化以及国家带有任何煽动意识，不敬或攻击成份。而任何演出内容也不得涉及任何暴力，色情成份以及抵触国家法律。
7） 参赛者可以选择任何一个日本漫画。动漫。游戏角色为扮演角色。原创角色将不被接纳
8） 参赛者必须礼貌对待其余参赛者，观众以及工作人员。任何于大会进行中持有或被怀疑持有破坏性态度均不被大会所接纳其中包括－奔跑，喧哗，大叫，玩闹，未被征求同意的任何身体上接触
9） 大会内严禁吸烟
10） 偷窃乃犯罪行为并抵触马来西亚法律。因此任何犯罪者均交由警方处理
11） 大会欢迎参赛者把自己的行装行李妥善收放于大会所安排之房内。如参赛者希望行装行李摆放他处一切责任后果均由该参赛者承担
12） 主办单位将有权保留任何于大会内所取得之照片，访问内容以及采访内容作为往后的资料参考或相关报导用途，如：任何相关活动或题材之编辑报导或广告。
13） 依据规条（12），所有参赛者之个人资料，相片，访问内容将被视为大会之持有物并给予妥善监管与保护
14） 若出现主办单位不能控制的原因，导致影响了本次比赛的公正性，完整性或导致比赛无法正常进行，主办单位保留根据自己的判断对比赛进行取消，中断，暂停或者修改规则的权利
15） 主办单位保留对该比赛进行解释的权利
16） 如有必要，参赛者必须自备交通工具或住宿

武器，道具，装束
1） 严禁携带任何带有攻击性或过份暴露之装束
2） 大会将严禁以下所列举之武器：
－ 真枪实弹 （包括可用的，丧失功能的或其它）
－金属利刃 （刀，剑，刺，带攻击性羽翼或其它）
－发射性或射击性武器
－装水式武器或任何液体武器
－实习性刀，剑等武器 （除非该武器能被妥善地收藏于鞘或任何安全之保护罩内）
－任何带有攻击性武器
－请于赛事当日带同您的武器到大会报到处给大会的工作人员为您的武器作妥善的安全检查
－严禁任何易燃物品，激光，爆炸（性）物品，火焰或任何相关物品。电子式闪光效果将被准许但参赛者必须提前1星期通知主办单位
－如果主办单位发现任何参赛者所携带之武器已经，或可能会抵触以上所述之携带武器规条，主办单位将有权扣留该武器并于赛事后归还物主
3） 大会只会提供有限的插座，因此如果参赛者有意于演出期间使用插座请于参赛10日前通知主办单位
4） 参赛者必须确定其装束之装饰或任何物质并不会为其他参赛者带来任何不便甚至损坏。如果参赛者持有任何身体描绘或化妆请确保该描绘或化妆并不会在轻微的身体接触（如握手，持物等普通状况）下脱落或剥落
5） 大会内严禁任何带危险性的武器，装束，道具以及行为

损坏
1） 如果参赛者有意或无意损坏了任何大会设备，或任何其它破坏，该参赛者将必须赔偿一切损失
2） 如何防止损坏？参赛者只需小心地于台上进行表演并谨慎小心尽量避免碰触喇叭，扬声器，荧幕等器材，以及小心使用麦克风即可

主办单位拥有绝对的拒绝权，拒绝任何触犯比赛规则的报名表格

General Cosplay Qualification
1. The cosplay competition is open from age 13 and above only.
2. Participant must send in form by mail or e-mail togather with a picture of the charater that will be cosplaying from existing Animes/Comics/Games.
3. Participants are allow to seek help from 1 or 2 fellow cosplayer who isnt a contestent to help thier performance.
4. Original Charaters or Self-create charaters are not qualified in the Cosplay compertition.
5. This compertition is Open for solo only.
6. Subscription of forms will be till 9th of July 2008

Cosplay Compertition Prizes
Grand Prize: RM1000 for each week of the compertition
Consolation Prize: RM500 for each week of the compertition
Basic rules & regulations
1) You must submit the application form attached with a picture of your cosplay character Competition entry form no later than 9th July 2008 by email or post to the organizer.
2) The competition is only open for solo contestant.
3) Cosplayers are required to follow the instruction/directions of the instructor/organizer crews. They are there to make your experience more enjoyable and also to protect your personal safety during the event, not to hinder or hurt you. Organizer reserves the rights to withdraw those who refuse to obey either crew or security instruction on safety manner in order to prevent any unnecessary accident such as lost, interfering the sequence of event, harm from outsiders etc.
4) Cosplayers are subject to bear their own risk if they refused to take the advice or instruction of the crews.
5) Contestant may choose different character for each round, however, the contestant must specify clearly on the application form.
6) Contestants are free to choose their own topic/title in all of their performances. However, topic/title which is provocative, irrespective and offensive to any religion, race, culture, country OR contents which related with violence, erotic is strictly prohibited.
7) Original characters are not qualified in this competition. Contestant may choose any character from published anime, manga or video/pc games.
8) Please be kind and courteous to your fellow attendees, guests, and staff at all times. Disruptive behavior that disturbs others is not allowed. This includes running, screaming, yelling, horseplay, unsolicited physical contact, or any other such behavior as deemed disruptive by our crews.
9) Smoking is prohibited during the event.
10) Shoplifting is a crime. It is not tolerated and violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the Malaysia law.
11) We encourage people to leave bags and backpacks in the room we allocated for you. Contestants have to bear their own risk if leaving their bag/belongings outside the room.
12) Organizer reserves the rights to keep any of the contestant’s photographic taken and interview contents during the event as our own future promotional material use e.g. editorial write ups, advertisement in relational to the similar topic/event.
13) Further elaboration of (12), all personal details, pictures, interview contents of each contestants are strictly protected as property to the organizer.
14) The organizer reserves the rights of terminate or to suspend the progress of the event once there is any immediate uncontrollable accident happened which may cause any extent of harm to others, interfering the judging progress or interfering the progress of the event.
15) The organizer reserves the rights of giving explanation on the progress/process or discloses any information that is being considered as private and confidential regarding to the event (competition).
16) Contestants are required to prepare for their own transport or accommodation if necessary.

Weapons/ Props/Costumes
1) Offensive and/or revealing attire is prohibited.
2) The organizer prohibits the following weapons:
-Real guns (working, disabled, or otherwise)
-Metal blades (knives, swords, sharp wings, etc.)
-Projectile weapons (pellet guns, airsoft rifles, disc guns, etc.)
-Loaded water pistols or other liquid "weapons"
-Practice swords (unless they can be peacebound into a scabbard of some sort)
-Any other potentially harmful weapon/prop
3) Please bring your weapons when you register on the event day, because it may need to go through a security check.
4) No fire, flash powder, lasers, explosives, or open flame of any kind will be allowed. Electronic flashes will be permitted provided that you notify the organizer in one week in advance to the competition starts.
5) The organizer reserves the rights to confiscate weapons on the day which against the rules stated above and weapon shall be returned after the event.
6) The organizer will provide a limited number of sockets to contestants. Therefore contestant who needed socket in their performance please inform the organizer 10 days in advance before the competition starts.
7) Please don't wear or use any messy substances that might ruin the costume of another contestant. If you are wearing body paint or make-up, please make sure it will not come off in casual contact with others.
8) Nothing the organizer crew feels that may pose a danger to people or the stage area will be allowed.
Damages
9) If you break a piece of equipment, deface the facilities, or cause any other damages, then you pay to replace what you damaged. No exceptions.
10) How does one prevent damages? Please simply exercise care when you are on the stage. Be aware of floor microphones, cables, speakers, screens, etc.
