（吉隆坡31日讯）受产业新盘、建筑业与旅游休闲业烘托，加拉布乃（KBUNAI，3115，主板产业组）截至2017年3月31日末季转亏为盈，由前期的437万1000令吉净亏转为净赚1158万9000令吉。

全年也摆脱亏损，由前期的2337万6000令吉净亏，转为净赚1900万5000令吉。

末季营业额扬153.7%至3131万9000令吉，其中房产、建筑营收增长1325万令吉，主要由Bandar Sierra产业计划拉动。然而因该计划完结，此利好不重覆。

末季的休闲、旅游营收也受Nexus度假村与Spa Karambunai客房高入住率激励，走高45.9%至1823万令吉。

全年营业额增长55.6%至8105万1000令吉，主要受休闲旅游业务营收增长54.5%、产业增长58.9%拉动。

受上述利好驱动，末季税前盈利2100万令吉，前期为亏损584万令吉；全年亦受前期注销回拨548万令吉烘托，全年税前盈利2976万令吉，前期为亏损2424万令吉。

財報存“重大不確定性” 佳南汶萊生存能力遭質疑

（吉隆坡31日訊）房地產和旅游機構佳南汶萊（KBUNAI，3115，主要板房產）遭外部審計師Messrs. UHY，針對截至2017年3月31日財報發出“重大不確定性”聲明，質疑是否有永續經營的能力。

該公司向馬證交所報備，外部審計師是在本月18日，針對公司永續經營能力發出相關質疑。

文告指出，有關“重大不確定性”聲明是針對佳南汶萊財報中備註2 (d) 的部份，即儘管該集團擁有營業活動總值為5342萬令吉及淨利1889萬令吉，但卻完全沒有可備用現金流，同時現有債務超過資產總值9830萬令吉。

針對此，佳南汶萊董事局成員說，已開始著手處理及關注有關重大不確定性的事件；同時表示，旗下主要營運單位Nexus Resort及Spa Karambunai已開始貢獻收入及營運現金流。

“更好的財務表現是因為我們不斷努力提升度假村的結果，本集團采用分階段翻新的方式來推動收入增長，另外，集團也將繼續探索籌資選項，如通過融資以改善淨流動負債狀況等。”

該集團指出，如無意外，預計可在有關文告發布后24個月里，解決有關經營能力問題。【中国报财经】
