（吉隆坡28日讯）国民投资机构（PNB）总裁兼集团总执行长Datuk Abdul Rahman Ahmad将出任森那美（Sime Darby Bhd）主席兼非独立非执行董事，接替10月31日退休的Tan Sri Dr Wan Abdul Aziz Wan Abdullah。
森那美今日向大马交易所报备，现年67岁的Wan Abdul Aziz由于健康原因计划退休。
森那美指出，50岁的Abdul Rahman将在9月1日被委任为非独立非执行董事，之后10月31日出任主席一职。
这证实《The Edge》财经日报今日的报道，即Abdul Rahman即将出任森那美主席。国投持有森那美51.1%股权。
报道引述消息说，景顺投资管理（新加坡）有限公司（Invesco Asset Management Singapore Ltd）投资总监Jalil Rasheed将担任大马最大的基金管理公司国投的集团总执行长。
据《The Edge》探悉，这名38岁的Aberdeen Islamic Asset Management前总执行长将接替国投现任总执行长Abdul Rahman，后者的合约将在下个月底结束。
根据森那美今日的报备，Abdul Rahman在伦敦Arthur Andersen展开职业生涯，后来担任Trenergy（马）有限公司/Turnaround Managers Inc（马）私人有限公司执行主席的特别助理。
随后，他加入Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Bhd任单位主管，之后成为SSR Associates私人有限公司的执行董事。

这3家经销商代表BMW、MINI、Volkswagen、Jaguar和Land Rover品牌。
森那美今日向大马交易所报备，拟议中的收购涉及从Inchcape Australia Ltd旗下汽车零售子公司Trivett，收购3家豪华汽车经销商的商业资产和物业。
“森那美旗下森那美汽车私人有限公司（Sime Darby Motors）的独资子公司，即森那美独资子公司与Trivett于9月10日签署了最终协议。”
森那美指出：“收购计划符合森那美汽车在澳洲零售豪华业务扩张的策略，将加强森那美汽车在Parramatta的版图和品牌知名度。”Parrmatta是悉尼最知名的汽车零售据点之一。
该集团预计，这项收购计划将于12月初完成。

（吉隆坡12日讯）虽然森那美（SIME，4197，主板消费股）宣布收购3家拥有澳洲悉尼豪华车经销权的公司，但分析员不认为这将为公司带来显著的盈利贡献。而美中贸易战甚至可能影响该公司的中国汽车业务。
森那美周三（11日）宣布，以1亿1200万澳元（约3亿2100万令吉）收购3家拥有澳洲悉尼豪华车经销权的公司。这3项豪华车经销权涵盖的汽车品牌是宝马、迷你、福士伟根、捷豹（Jaguar）和荒原路华（Land Rover）。
追踪森那美的分析员皆对上述收购抱持中和看法，但预期其盈利贡献有限，料占1%至2%。
丰隆投行分析员认为，这项收购有望加强森那美，与宝马和捷豹之间的合作关系，并为现有经销商带来营运方面的协同效应。
不过，大马投行分析员表示，由于美中贸易战将影响该公司在中国的汽车营运业务，因此下砍公司整体汽车业务本益比至11倍，并下调该股投资评级至“守住”，目标价为2.64令吉。
“下调投资评级，主要是因为公司股价上行空间有限。”
工业业务拉动盈利该分析员也将2020至2022财政年的核心净利预测下修0.6%、0.5%及0.5%，因森那美通过贷款进行收购将推高负债率、以及来自上述收购计划的盈利贡献不大。
展望未来，澳洲采矿业强劲复苏，持续呈增长趋势，是带动公司工业业务支撑营收的主因。
大众投行分析员相信，随著采矿业强劲成长，工业业务短期内继续成为公司主要盈利推动力，有助于抵消部份汽车业务疲弱的影响。
惟，肯纳格研究分析员认为，“长远而言，一旦完成收购纽西兰Gough集团，其销售贡献为每年10亿令吉，有望改善目前的订单表现。”
与此同时，森那美仍有意脱售其非核心资产，包括物流和港口业务，以及持股11.6%的东家集团（E&O，3417，主板产业股）。
“从其港口业务净账面价值每股18仙可见，这项业务有望带来约12亿令吉的收入。”
综合上述因素，大众投行分析员和肯纳格研究分析员皆维持森那美的“超越大市”和“与大市同步”投资评级，目标价为2.54令吉及2.20令吉。
而丰隆投行分析员则维持“守住”投资评级，目标价为2.35令吉。 |

NON RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS | Description | DISPOSAL BY SIME DARBY ALLIED PRODUCTS BERHAD ("SDAPB") OF ITS 30% ORDINARY SHARES IN TESCO STORES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. ("TESCO MALAYSIA") ("PROPOSED DISPOSAL") | Sime Darby Berhad (“Sime Darby”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, SDAPB and Sime Darby Holdings Berhad have today entered into conditional agreements with C.P. Retail Development Company Limited (“CP”), Tesco Holdings B.V. (“Tesco BV”) and Tesco Plc for the disposal of 30% ordinary shares held by SDAPB in Tesco Malaysia to CP in accordance with SDAPB’s rights under the joint venture agreement with Tesco BV dated 28 November 2001. The Proposed Disposal is pursuant to the entry of Tesco BV into a conditional agreement with CP on 9 March 2020 to dispose of its interest in Tesco Malaysia.
Upon completion of the Proposed Disposal, Tesco Malaysia will cease to be an associate company of Sime Darby.
