如何开Petronas油站？

曾经有看过一个统计，说99%油站的拥有权是马来人，我就一时兴起，写封email去问问non-bumi可不可以申请开油站：

以下是他们的回复（满有效率的，不到2个小时就看到回复），没有正面回答我的问题，其实华人也可以申请，但每个申请者需要经过一连串的面试：

Dear XXX XXX;

With reference to your enquiry to become PETRONAS station dealer, you have to wait for an announcement of an opening session for recruitment of new PETRONAS station dealership that will be advertised in major local newspaper. At the moment, we don't have any plans in providing a newsletter subscription for whom interested in getting updated news on opening session for recruitment of dealership. Anyway, the announcement will also be advertised in our website, http:\\www.mymesra.com.my.

Once the dealership recruitment advertisement is out on major local newspaper and on the http://www.mymesra.com.my website you may obtain the form as below:
Download the file from mymesra website.
Obtain the printed application form from any of the sales office listed in the advertisement

And for your information, the criteria to become a station dealer are as follow:

Criteria For Application:
Basic Application Dealership  (Normal Application without Land Offer)
i.          Must be a Malaysian citizen;
ii.          Be prepared to operate the service station as a sole proprietor on full time basis;
iii.         Aged between 25 to 45 years old at the closing date of submission of the application;
iv.         Able to raise working capital of at least RM150, 000.00 and able to provide a minimum Bank Guarantee of RM60, 000.00;
v.          Minimum academic qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or its equivalent;
vi.         Able to attend a one-week pre-selection program.

Application with land offer
Should you have a piece of land suitable to build a petrol station you may write an offer letter to PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad.
Preferred criteria for the site are as follows:-
i.          Land area of approximately 43,560 (1 acre) square feet
ii.          Land frontage of approximately 250 feet
iii.         Land depth of approximately 200 feet
iv.         Land status already converted to petrol station use
v.          Located in prime/commercial/residential/new growth area/highways
vi.         Individual land title already issued by the respective land office (Single land of ownership)
The land viability for service station development is however subject to a viability study to be conducted by PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad.

Each dealership applicant have to go a few rounds of screening which includes interview and a week of intensive training. The chances for applicants are equal and depend on the selection results.

How to download the form?
The form is in the PDF format. In order for you to down load the file, you would have the Acrobat reader software. Should your personal computer do not have this software, kindly download it (it is free) from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/  . Once the software is installed try downloading the application form once again.

Where and when will the form be available?
Once the dealership recruitment advertisement is out on major local newspaper and on the http://www.mymesra.com.my website you may obtain the form as below:
            Download the file from mymesra website.
            Obtain the printed application form from any of the sales office listed in the advertisement.

Additional info regarding  the application?
i.          All financial supporting documents must be submitted with the completed form.
ii.          Applicant may only name one specific location in the application form : etc for specific : Klang Selangor OR Johor

这个难度相当很高

shell 的网站是写bumiputra sahaja, caltex & BHP可能可以申请到。。。。不过地方政府可以不批准。。。牵涉很广。。
油站的地点照着law 来讲。。。也不可以太靠近taman, 可是现在却可以了。。。

应该是有钱就可以了。。。有钱能使鬼推磨。。。。
