先問下, 我開始重爬這個貼了... 已經一半了, 也爬盡其他相關的貼, 收穫很多
不過想先問下... 因為我幾乎沒看到有人提起....

沒有人在英國的期間生病嗎? 診所甚麼的費用貴嗎? 或者 guardian/phrmacy 的藥品價格呢?
因為我也看到有人說會買點過去... 可是那邊賣的藥品, 會不會是根據那裡氣候甚麼的製做呢?
所以在那裡生病, 買那裡生產的會比較好...?

原因我覺得在這裡買也算麻煩, 頂多帶寶濟丸, 我的聖物

那個等這個完了才去, 因為我不在大馬申請

今天下午才查到status的。
但是听佳丽的网友说当场才知道成绩的哦   
而且他们真的超快，才用了三天的工作天。

真的是一代新人換舊人, 後半部都不見元老回答問題了... 而且感覺這裡也冷了下來...
我看到的是很多人都是說做餐館, 除了餐館是不是其他的就比較不好? 沒有包吃住, 薪水也少嗎?

大家~
今天我去拿passport时,我接到了一个重中的打击

我申请失败了~

其原因:~
Taking into account your circumstances as decribed by you, I am not satisfied on the balance of probabilities that you have demonstrated that you meet the requirements of section 95

You have stated that you intented to go to the UK for 2 year working holiday. You have provided evidence that you have been a studetn at University of Malaya recently completing your degree studies and you have provided evidence of your parents fumds. However i must consider your pesonal intentions and you have stated in your travel plan that you will work for 50% of the time ( 1 year ) 40 % travelling in the UK and 10 % travelling in other European countries, You are therefore intendings to work for more than 50% of the time that you will actually be in the UK. I am therefore not satified that you are intending only to take employment incidental to a holiday and that you intend to leave the UK at the end of your holiday.Paragraph 95(vi) and (viii)

If you decide to appeal against the refusal of your application, the decision will be reviewed in conjunction with your griunds of appeal, If you have any additional documentation which addresses the reasons for refusal, you are strongly advised to submit it with your notice of appeal, as it may be possible to resolve the points at issue without the necessity for an appeal hearing.

I therefore refuse your application<------这句是致命的一击

筹备了那么久快两个月了~

我也其实很少发问问题,因为在这里已经够详细~
但还是被打倒了,而且还是那种没有留意到的细节
其实在我的quetionnaire是这样写的
50% of 2 year (for work)
40% of 2 year (travel at UK)
10% of 2 year (travel at other European Countries)
我还以为这样会没问题,但竟然犯了两条最严重的错~
Paragraph 95(vi) and (viii)
我的动机其实是想去旅行,但是可能因为签证官对我的questionnaire的答安误会,所以直接把我当了~

失败了,能走的路有三条:
1 上诉
2 从新申请
3 放弃

这里想询问大家的的意见,当然translator大大这次需要你的帮忙~你可以pm我你的电话号码吗?因为我人在PJ,想询问你的意见~(希望收费不那么贵啦 )

值得吗?因为要等(好像要寄到英国去)..不过我的intend date to UK是10./9/2008
怎样反驳上诉?
要附上怎样的资料和信件才能说服签证官?
还要填很多的资料啊~

从新申请
(最有可能会走这条路)
哇~又要在给rm1374..(我觉得我已经很败家了)
而且他们已经有我的底了~~
不过优点是快啦~

有点想~~呵呵,因为准备到那么多,很累啊 !

ls_33，你延迟面试啊！我以为是今天。GOOD LUCK
我今天笨笨的去交FORM(还没在网上book appoinment) ，结果被official叫回来上网book appoinment才去过。
我的submit date 安排在11/6，希望到时一切顺利。
