这个可以接受。正确。

这题有两个可能的答案：
比较正式的：It is I who am...
比较非正式的：It's me who's...

It is me who am in charge of the department.
=> It is I who am in charge of the department.
=> It's me who's in charge of the department.

上面那题的解答：
Sam's grandfather, that is 70 years old, lives alone.
=》 Sam's grandfather, who is 70 years old, lives alone.

楼上几位都答对了。但是不是误打误撞的呢？

如果我们说：
The man who/that lives alone is 70 years old.
这句子里我们需要 who/that lives alone 这个部分来确定 the man 是谁。
像这类的用who或that都可以，也不需逗号。

而：
Sam's father, who is 70 years old, lives alone.
Sam‘s father 已确定那个人是谁（就是Sam 的父亲，Sam 只有一个父亲），who is 70 years old 是额外的信息。
像这类的必须用 who，不可用 that，前后需要逗号隔开。
