send 是派或送人去某个地方，自己没去，救护车是亲自把伤者送去医院，所以用 take/took 比较恰当。

看过很多小朋友的作业，老师都这样教：
The ambulance sent him to the hospital... 之类的，误导性很大...

不过那个虚拟语气/subjunctive有掌握到...passed=>pass...

这不是重复吗....还是不对...

There is a Chinese restaurant opposite to our hotel.

这题正确....

There is a Chinese restaurant opposite our hotel.
这一句中的 opposite 是一个【介词/preposition】，如 at, on, in, under 等
比较： on the table, under the bridge, in the restaurant, opposite the hospital

The opposite of 'tall' is 'short'.
这一句中的 opposite 是【名词/noun】

Sam and Tom are completely opposite to each other.
这里的 opposite 是【形容词/adjective】

错，pass on 有不同的意思:
把人家给你的东西再传给别人：
Could you pass it on to me when you are done with it?
把病传染给别人：
He passed on the virus to the rest.


交功课可以说 hand in...
The teacher demanded that he hand in his homework the next day.

递交辞职信也可以用 hand in...：
I've handed in my resignation.


在本国，好像大多数的老师都说： pass up your homework...
也听过新国的老师说： pass in your homework...
两个都不正确，说 hand in your homework 就可以了

pass up 是错过（好机会）的意思：
It's a pity that you passed up such a good opportunity.

同一个句子里不要同时出现 although 和 but

hand in 有"呈上"，就是把东西交上去给有职权的人或负责人的含义
如果接受文件的人是你的上司或经理等就 ok
