第三季派息5仙
民都鲁港口净利微跌5%

（吉隆坡27日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服股）截至九月杪的第三季，净利按年微跌5.1%，不过，仍宣布派发每股5仙股息。
民都鲁港口在今天向交易所报备，净利从去年同期的3660万9000令吉，或每股7.96仙，减少至3474万7000令吉，或每股7.55仙。
营业额从去年1亿3843万1000令吉，年增28.7%，至1亿7818万5000令吉。
民都鲁港口营业额上升，归功于液化天然气、集装箱、散装肥料业务处理量增加。
该港口营业额，从去年同期的1亿2672万令吉，提高15%，至1亿4576万令吉。
公司在财报中透露，处理液化天然气船运，仍是主要的收入来源，其他包括棕油、散装肥料以及集装箱业务，这些业务预计为公司带来可观收入，实现本财年的增长表现。
9个月赚逾亿
累计首九个月，净利报1亿913万9000令吉或每股23.73仙，年升2.3%；营业额录得4亿9355万1000令吉，涨18.2%。
另外，民都鲁港口宣布派发每股5仙第三期中期股息，除权日为12月13日，派息日为同月28日。【e南洋】

最新进展:
民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服股）截至九月杪的第三季，净利按年微跌5.1%，至3474万7000令吉，或每股7.55仙。 同时，宣布派发每股5仙股息。
行家建议:
我们在第三季业绩公布后和管理层会面，了解到沙马拉祖工业港口在首9个月税前亏损2260万令吉，预计未来2至3年将会持续蒙受营运亏损，直至2020年之后达到收支平衡。
同时，港口收益将被数项固定成本所拉低，包括该19亿令吉发展的折旧和摊销成本、总值9亿5000万令吉回教债券的融资成本及特许经营权中每年470万令吉的土地租金。
在天然气吞吐量方面，目前还是该集团最大的营业额贡献来源，占超过60%，但短期内不会有主要的增长催化剂。
随着国家石油液化天然气Train 9项目今年完全投运，可在今明两年稍微贡献天然气吞吐量，但该集团主要还是高度依赖国油未来在民都鲁的液化天然气活动。
虽然民都鲁港口目前的估值接近低谷，现行本益比为20.3倍、价格对账面则为2.3倍，皆分别低于5年中值的22.6倍和2.8倍，但我们仍维持“跟随大市”评级和6.05令吉的目标价，因缺乏主要催化剂。

民都鲁港口颁817万合约

（吉隆坡13日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服股）颁发合约给Portrade国际私人有限公司，总值817万1498令吉。
民都鲁港口向交易所报备，合约内容主要是为其提供金融系统的供应、运输、装置、调试及维修服务。
其中，供应、运输、装置、调试服务合约的价值为654万9080令吉，为期12个月；而维修服务则是162万2418令吉，为期5年。
项目延迟完工每日赔偿额为合约总值的0.0219%。【e南洋】

民都鲁港口末季赚4411万
2018年2月23日
（吉隆坡22日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服股）截至去年12月杪末季，净赚4411万1000令吉或每股9.59仙，年增2.21%。
民都鲁港口今日向交易所报备，营业额从1亿6611万5000令吉，年扬12.13%至1亿8627万令吉。
营业额则从去年同期的1亿5323万令吉，减少1.02%，至1亿5167万令吉。
这主要因为将氧化铝和铁合金货物处理业务，转移至Samalaju工业港口。
Samalaju工业港口营业额达2344万令吉。散装设施营业额则增加至1116万令吉。
至于建筑服务营业额，仅达4620万令吉，去年同期为1亿5241万令吉。
该公司指出，当季开销走高至1亿4109万令吉，是因为处理港口的基础设施、设备及散装设备的货物及维护工作。
全年赚1.5亿
累计全年，净赚1亿5325万令吉，年升2.28%；营业额达6亿7982万令吉，年涨16.48%。
展望今年，民都鲁港口预计，液化天然气、棕油、棕榈仁、散装货物，以及Samalaju工业港口的货物处理，将正面贡献营业额。【e南洋】

Working experience and occupation | Tan Sri Dr. Ali bin Hamsa was a tutor in University of Malaya prior to starting his career in the Administrative and Diplomatic Service (PTD) as an Assistant Director at the Ministry of Trade and Industry on 5 January 1981. In 1986, he was appointed as the Senior Project Manager, Economy and Public Policy Management Centre (PUTERA) at the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN), where he co-authored two books, namely Dasar-Dasar Utama Kerajaan (1997) and Malaysia Kita (1998). He had a short stint at the Ministry of Transport in 1992.Upon obtaining his Ph.D in 1997, he began serving at the Economic Planning Unit (EPU), Prime Ministers Department. He held the positions of Director of Distribution and Deputy Director-General of the National Transformation and Advancement Programme. On 22 April 2009, Tan Sri Dr. Ali bin Hamsa was appointed as the first Director-General of the Public Private Partnership Unit (UKAS), Prime Ministers Department. He served as the 13th Chief Secretary to the Government of Malaysia from 24 June 2012 until 28 August 2018. |
