看了以上的研究报告？Fisher有提及的几个重点。管理层和股东的关系，利润率，开发新产品等。
我本人是比较看好Vitrox开发新产品的部分。研究经费才每年Rm2Million。只看AOI带来的营业额，就不止这个数字。
它的管理层也属于Fisher认为的不断创新，来扩张盈利的类型。
如果是平庸的管理层，也许为了SRM在中国大量扩张，带来的订单而沾沾自喜了。
前瞻和危机感，是他们给我的印象。

这只是很普通的管理层都会做的事，没有什么特别啊

你做IT不搞研发，和坐着等死有什么分别？？评这些点还不能说明什么。

不过我认为这公司还可以继续观察，可能会是好公司，但是目前完全无法判断。有利好，也有不利好，所以还需继续观察。

如果以这样的accoun而customer有很多而不是完全集中一个的话，那么这样的公司就可以持有了。所以，现在还不能说什么。。。。

THE outlook for Vitrox Corporation Bhd remains positive given the increasing siliconisation of the modern lifestyle that would drive demand for inspection solutions, said Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd.

The research house said it favoured the company which provides high-speed machine vision inspection systems for its best-in-class offerings in terms of technology and service capability.

Kenanga Research said that its strong growth prospects and margins, and an undemanding 5.7 times FY08 earnings estimate made it a buy at 72 sen with a target price of RM1.26 based on 10 times multiple, adding that the company’s proximity to the Asian market and its service capability should enable it to capture a larger slice of a growing vision inspection market.

Commenting on the company’s results for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2007, Kenanga Research said Vitrox recorded a 52% growth in net profit, and that its world-class technology backed up cost benefits and service delivery to gain the company increasing traction in the market.

“Despite the ringgit appreciating 6.2% against the US dollar in 2007, Vitrox had in fact been able to sustain its earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation margins at 44% for FY07.

“Continuous cost improvements, economies of scale and introduction of newer and better products and solutions had enabled the company to maintain a very high level of profitability,” it said.

The research house said Vitrox’s automated optical inspection that had contributed less than 5% to its revenue was expected to feature more prominently in the future.

“Management is extremely confident with the prospect and expects it to capture 15% share of the RM850 million market or RM128 million by 2010.”

“Current key customers including printed circuit board makers from Taiwan, China and Korea should provide the necessary platform to increase market presence given costs and technology superiority,” it said.

It said Vitrox was in the midst of expanding its capacity by 400% to 150,000 sq ft in the next three years to cater for the expected surge in demand while continuous investment into human resources and research and development would help sustain its position. Vitrox lost 2 sen to 71 sen last Friday with 297,300 shares done.

感谢TAN81的资料 看了以后公司感觉还可以，本人的弟弟在里面工作 RND的
从里面他看到的加上每一天工作，我觉得他的意见比较有用，毕竟可以算半个INSIDER了
废话不多说 他说公司目前积极招聘好的人才 -废柴都不录取 （多可信我不知道 可是他INTERVIEW的时候是老板直接INTERVIEW他的 据说老板严格把关员工素质）R&D department 正在积极开发新产品 他本身负责一个项目 ， 新厂房要起，公司要发展

接下来的是本人个人意见而已 ： 要找好的公司在股市里面不容易 从多方面看才能知道50%而已 另外50%看人为因素 （炒家，管理层。。。等）SRM的紧密合作是把双面刃 有利更有弊 可是对一个刚上市的公司如果有10年订单的secure我觉得利多于弊 未来开发的经费有保障 公司可以专心发展新技术 《---这个才是HIGH NETWORTH 行业的根本 一个好的技术可以卖很多钱的啊。。。 加上积极认真的管理层可以发挥本身的实力的话 基本上成功指日可待

我看着的几家Mesadaq，都没有吸引人的跳楼价。
倒是Bursa和Gamuda等开始跳楼了。

KUALA LUMPUR: US-based semiconductor companies are not likely to move their operations out of Malaysia, mainly due to the country’s highly skilled labour, in the wake of the new political landscape following the recent general election.

American Malaysian Chamber of Commerce president Vincent Leusner said US-based companies operating in the country were not likely to move to other countries in the region, as they were in the “high-end manufacturing” line and needed skilled labour to run the operations.

“Although countries such as Vietnam may have lower operating costs, their labour force is not as competitive as Malaysia’s, especially in the semiconductor line, which requires highly skilled employees.

“With highly trained employees here, companies would not need to invest significantly for training, thus costs could be lowered as well,” Leusner told The Edge in a telephone interview.

He added that US-based companies here did not face high staff turnover and wage-inflation issues compared with China.

Currently, there are 29 US-based electronics and electrical manufacturing companies operating in the country, including Penang Seagate Industries (M) Sdn Bhd and Agilent Technologies Microwave Products (M) Sdn Bhd.

Leusner said the formation of the new state government in Penang was unlikely to affect these companies’ business there, as he believed the government would not introduce policies that were unfavourable to international businessmen.

He said: “Some US companies have been operating in Penang for almost 40 years, and I don’t think there will be any change in sentiment among them, as Penang is still a place with good infrastructure to conduct businesses in.”
