Contents : Kindly be advised that the abovementioned Company’s additional 20,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each issued pursuant to the Scheme will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 18 August 2009.

DISSOLUTION OF RESORTS OVERSEAS INVESTMENTS LIMITED AND R.W. OVERSEAS
INVESTMENTS LIMITED
We wish to inform that Resorts Overseas Investments Limited (ROIL) and R.W. Overseas Investments Limited (RWOIL), both dormant indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of Genting Malaysia Berhad (formerly known as Resorts World Bhd) (GENM" , incorporated in the Isle of Man were dissolved on 17 August 2009 under Section 190 of the Isle of Man Companies Act 2006.
As such, ROIL and RWOIL had ceased to be the subsidiaries in the GENM Group with effect from 17 August 2009. The dissolution of the above subsidiaries has no impact on the net assets and earnings per share of the GENM Group for the financial year ending 31 December
2009. |

跌破2.70就不是很适合中期投资，如果要玩可以玩短期大跌技术反弹之类的。。。 |
