time seemed so slow : slow = 形容词，修饰名词 time
time seemed to go so slowly : slowly = 副词，修饰动词 go

有可能我很快会成为滥用私刑的牺牲品，被禁言，所以我还是先揭晓答案：
He's acted unbelievably stupid in the past year.
该改为：
He's acted unbelievably stupidly in the past year.

stupidly 修饰的是 acted 这个动词，所以须用副词stupidly
stupid 是形容词，不能用来修饰动词 acted
而 unbelievably 是副词，修饰的是另一个副词 stupidly。
