由于经过高涨又大调整，又巩固了一段时间，而Bjcor本身又Share buyback,VT本身又一直增持股份Goldman又增持到12.12%,基本上市场的流动票数已经不会很多了，VT是时候联合外资推高股价了，所以先以特别股息来推动股价，接下来又有可能炒作一些利好新闻如：（Toto私有化，获取外国一些赌博&测字准证，Cosway在中国的惊人的前景，Sg besi一幅土地发展（收益于新街场发展），获取装置中国汽车准证等等）
另外，最重要的推动力肯定是业绩支撑！六月三十曰的业绩肯定非常理想！个人预测有一亿三仟万以上！整年的每股盈利应该有八仙左右，如果以十八至二十倍来炒作股价话，股价就可以炒上1.44-1.60!(12月31曰2011前应该可以达到，如果大市没出现负面壮况！）

就算私有化，VT会先将Toto私有化先！而未来Bjcor赚大钱话，股价别说两块，三四块也有可能！而VT当然希望有朝一曰Bjcor的股价可以去到五块，这才是真正曰后的目标！

未来太远了，我觉得最近VT搞那么多东西，即有可能会把BJcorp炒高，而且会在这一两个礼拜之内。看看最近的BJ股(BJfood, BJmedia, BJasset)， 都有一番作为了。是时候到它吧。 |

重看了之前（29-04-10) 的通告， 有点不明白的东西，希望大家可以帮忙解释一下，：
如果我没理解错误，总的来说， 就是可以
A）选择拿特别股息 - RM0.045 ，或者是
B）选择拿在香港上市， Cosway 的可转换债券（拥有两个BJcorp 的股票可以拿到一个 RM0.09/HK$0.20 的 Cosway 债券）
在这两种选择之间选其中一个。。
至于我不明白的地方就是：
A）可以免费的把Cosway 的债券换成Cosway 的股票 （现在的价钱是HK$0.85), 那岂不是稳赚吗？
B）如果选择拿在香港上市， Cosway 的可转换债券， 那岂不是要开一个香港的股票户口？
C）特别股息和Cosway 的可转换债券， 哪一个比较划算？ 你们的选择是？
BJ-Corp shareholders will be offered one unit of CCL ICULS of HK$0.20 each at 9.0 Sen per unit for every two(2) BJ-Corp shares they hold on entitlement date. Each CCL ICULS can be freely converted into one(1) new CCL Share without any further cash injection.
BJ-Corp also proposes to declare a special interim tier-one cash dividend of 4.5 Sen per BJ-Corp share (“Special Dividend”) conditional upon the ROS being implemented. BJ-Corp shareholders can opt to apply the Special Dividend to take up their entitlement of the ROS without having to come up with any additional cash. |
