连续很多赛季意甲第四支球队只是陪跑的球队,以为今年最有希望,小组赛第一的紫百合
拜仁连胜两支意大利球队,
德国联赛超越意甲。
FIORENTINA
Frey: 7 – Produced one great fingertip save from Robben in the first half, but even he couldn’t do anything about the Dutchman’s wonderful goal. Made other important saves late on to leave Fiorentina in with a chance until the death.
De Silvestri: 6 – Had one of his less adventurous games as the Viola spent long spells worrying about the twin threat of Ribery and Robben, but did a reasonable defensive job on the Frenchman.
Natali: 6 – Stood firm at the back for the most part, but lost Klose on a couple of occasions when goals could easily have resulted.
Kroldrup: 7.5 – A surprise hero at the back. Was having his best performance in a Fiorentina shirt, maybe any shirt, until the Viola grabbed their two-goal lead and twice fell asleep. But he continued to excel, making another great challenge on Robben late on.
Felipe: 6 – Committed an early foul on Robben which could have put him on a caution, but was left free of such a burden to do ok in an unfamiliar role and can’t really be held responsible for Robben’s wonder goal. Was replaced in the closing stages after eventually seeing yellow.
Montolivo: 7 – Produced an excellent first half display, full of great cover and excellent first time passes, but faded in the second when the battle got heated.
Zanetti: 7 – Worked doubly hard in the middle as the Viola looked to stay on top, but ultimately couldn’t help to stop the flow of passes to Robben and Ribery.
Marchionni: 6.5 – Delivered some telling passes from the right hand side, including a low ball across which led to Jovetic’s first, but didn’t always find it easy up against Alaba.
Jovetic: 8 – Pulled his side up by the boot straps with two superb finishes in the second half when he could easily have cracked. His goals mirrored his general play as he produced a performance of great maturity throughout. Deserved to be a quarter-finalist on this display.
Vargas: 7 –Produced a cracking finish to give the Viola the lead, and it wasn’t the first time he’d caused the Germans problems down the left. His effectiveness wasn’t as high in the second half, but he was always a danger.
Gilardino: 6.5 – Still not at his predatory best, but his movement close to goal kept Bayern’s defence honest throughout. Should have given the Viola a 2-0 lead soon after the break from Badstuber’s error, but made up for it with a clever backheel to tee up Jovetic for his first and then a flick-on for the Montenegrin's second.
Subs:
Pasqual: NA – Replaced Felipe late on as the Viola looked to get more players into crossing positions.
Keirrison: NA – A late entry to the pitch as Cesare Prandelli looked for a flash of inspiration to send Fiorentina through.
