- DECLARATION OF FIRST AND FINAL DIVIDEND FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31
DECEMBER 2007
Pleased be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has proposed to
declare a first and final dividend of 9% (4.5 Sen) less 26% taxation per
ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2007 subject
to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting
of the Company.
However, the entitlement date and date of payment of the dividend have yet to
be finalised at this moment.
A further announcement will be made in due course upon finalisation of the
entitlement date and date of payment of the above.
This announcement is dated 29 February 2008.
