ATS, through its wholly owned subsidiary ATES, is developing the thermometry and integrated disinfection chamber. The chamber is aimed to automate the process of temperature scanning and disinfecting, without human contact.
M3T’s product will enhance ATS’s chambers to allow for capability to detect body temperature, real-time display of body temperature reading, face recognition capabilities using bio-metric artificial intelligence technology and optional data-base recording and analysis.
At this stage, we look to focus on selling the chamber to the Malaysian market. Next, we will be aiming to market the chamber to South East Asia and other Asian markets.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that pursuant to the close of acceptance, excess applications and payment for the Rights Shares with Warrants C at 5.00 p.m. on 6 May 2020, the Company had received valid acceptances and excess applications for a total of 991,176,200 Rights Shares, representing 99.32% subscription of the total number of Rights Shares available for subscription under the Rights Issue with Warrants.

In view that the total number of excess Rights Shares applied for was 891,092,474, the Board has decided to allot the excess Rights Shares to all the entitled shareholders and/or their renouncee(s) and/or transferee(s) who have applied for the excess Rights Shares in full.
The Right Shares and Warrants C are expected to be listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 22 May 2020.
