完成收购建筑公司
稳固冀明年营收翻倍

(吉隆坡6日讯)稳固控股(VIZIONE,7070,主板建筑股)指出,在完成收购稳固建筑(马)私人有限公司(Wira Syukur)后,预计2018财年的营业额将会翻倍。
稳固控股董事经理拿督黄安辉,今日在股东特别大会后对媒体说:“预计2019财年营业额,将进一步增长5至10%。”
今年4月,稳固控股宣布以发行新股和现金支付的方式,全面收购稳固建筑,总值2亿8000万令吉。
该公司与三位卖方,即董事经理拿督黄安辉、马建明与阮明义(两者译音)达成暂定协议,收购WS公司全额股权。
成立于1996年的稳固建筑,主要从事土木工程及建筑工程。
净利保证8259万
另一方面,稳固控股也建议向投资者私下配售16亿8744万股,以筹资收购稳固建筑的资金。
上述议程都在今日的股东特别大会上,获股东通过。
截至今年3月24日,稳固建筑的订单约达30亿令吉,这些项目将在未来6个财年带来盈利。
稳固建筑也承诺,将在2017及2018财年,为稳固控股贡献8259万令吉的净利。
今日的出席者,还包括稳固控股执行董事黄桂华、主席拿督拉曼依斯迈、独立非执行董事陈志荣,以及拿督莫哈末苏里。
2017财年净利增4倍
前身为阿斯特拉(Astral Supreme)稳固控股,是在去年9月改名。
稳固控股也在去年4月,从大马交易所的主板工业产品组别,转至建筑组别交易。
截至今年5月31日末季,稳固控股净利按年下跌75%,从上财年同期的66万令吉,下跌至16万5000令吉。
同期营业额,则按年飙涨1.16倍至1605万4000令吉。
2017财年全年,该公司净利按年大涨4.11倍至57万8000令吉,营业额则按年涨33.77%至4910万4000令吉。
房市复苏利建筑业
黄安辉也指出,目前房屋贷款批准率有所改善,显示房市正在复苏,利好建筑业者。
“我们希望明年会看到房产市场有所改善。”
目前,稳固控股正竞标总值15亿令吉的项目,当中包括房屋及基建项目。
标可负担屋项目
他补充:“这包括稳固建筑所竞标的合约,根据过去的纪录,公司的得标率为40至50%。”
“高端房产项目不容易卖出,所以,我们将继续竞标政府项目及私人项目,大多数是可负担房屋,地点遍布全马,除了砂拉越。”
他也指出,公司目前的负债率0.06倍,不过获得更多项目后,相信未来会面对现金流问题,届时将需要寻求银行融资。【e南洋】 |

传稳固控股获4亿合约
隆市建可负担房

(吉隆坡7日讯)消息传出,稳固控股(VIZIONE,7070,主板建筑股)获得4亿令吉建筑合约,在吉隆坡兴建可负担房屋。
财经周刊《The Edge》引述熟悉内情的消息人士报道,该合约将推高稳固控股手握订单13.3%,目前是30亿令吉。
媒体针对此事联系稳固控股董事经理拿督黄安辉,但他拒绝回应还未宣布的项目,只说目前该公司共竞标约20亿令吉的合约。
他称,该公司计划专注于巴生谷的可负担房屋项目,因为发展商较容易销售,可确保稳固控股顺利收款。
除了可负担房屋,稳固控股也探讨赚幅较高的基础建设项目。
“我们非常挑剔,当我们挑选工作时,最重要的考量是确保对方是个良好的付款人,拥有足够现金流付款。全部可负担房屋项目都各有不同。”
最少赚13%
他有信心,可负担房屋合约的总赚幅最低有约13%。
目前,可负担房屋合约占该公司手握订单的35%。
稳固控股在今年4月,宣布以2亿8000万令吉新股和现金,全面收购稳固建筑(马)私人有限公司。【e南洋】 |

稳固赢4亿可负担房屋合约

(吉隆坡10日讯)稳固控股(VIZIONE,7070,主板建筑股)刚成功收购的子公司稳固建筑,获颁4亿6500万令吉的合约,在吉隆坡文良港兴建联邦直辖区可负担房屋(RUMAWIP)。
稳固控股向交易所报备,这项合约由Hektar Aneka 私人有限公司颁发,稳固建筑将负责建造5栋住宅大楼与14间店铺。
住宅大楼中,共含2400个单位,以及设施、大厅、停车场和地下室。
该公司预计从本月开工,将会在40个月内完成,不仅有助扩大现有顾客群,强化当前订单,还可在未来4个财年贡献业绩表现。
稳固控股董事经理拿督黄安辉在文告中指出:“巴生谷人越来越难买到可负担价位的房屋,我们很荣幸能成为政府推动居者有其屋政策的其中一份子。”
该公司也在昨日成功发行9亿7620万615股新股,象征着稳固建筑的收购案正式完成,期待这家子公司将可贡献强劲的盈利表现。【e南洋】

稳固控股获4亿建筑合约

(吉隆坡30日讯)稳固控股(VIZIONE,7070,主板建筑股)通过独资子公司获得4亿100万令吉的合约,在士毛月兴建4座办公楼。
稳固控股向交易所报备,Paragon Hemisphere私人有限公司,今天颁发这项为期36个月的合约,给独资子公司Wira Syukur(大马)私人有限公司。
第一期发展两座办公楼,分别为40层及34层,包括8层裙楼及两层13间商店、1间娱乐中心及停车场。
至于第二期发展则是分别42层及36层的办公楼,包括8层裙楼及两层10间商店、1间娱乐中心及停车场。
另还包括两间警卫室、一间33千伏电房、两间垃圾收集房和一间地底污水泵站。
稳固控股通过这项合约扩展现有客户群,提高订单合约。
此外,该集团预计未来4年,既是从2018至2021财年带来稳定的营业额,贡献也会反映在同期净利表现。【e南洋】
