太平洋与东方595万 入股Fast2Fibre30%

（吉隆坡2日讯）太平洋与东方（P&O，6009，主板金融股）宣布，以150万欧元（约595万9061令吉）收购英国与威尔士公司Fast2Fibre控股私人有限公司（简称F2F）的30%股权。
根据文告，太平洋与东方独资子公司太平洋与东方产业私人有限公司，昨天与F2F签署股权投资协议，以150万欧元，收购F2F的30%股权。
公司将通过内部融资筹集资金。【南洋网财经】
