Description	INDUSTRIAL TREE PLANTING AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN FOCUS LUMBER BERHAD AND RAKYAT BERJAYA SDN. BHD.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirement (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of Focus Lumber Berhad ("FLB" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 10 October 2023 entered into an Industrial Tree Planting Agreement ("ITPA" or “Agreement”) with Rakyat Berjaya Sdn. Bhd. (“RBSB”)  where RBSB grants permission to FLB to  plant, rehabilitate and harvest forests under the principles of sustainable forest management and environmental conservation for economic, environmental and social purposes in the Forest Reserve area of approximately 5,000 hectares at the Sungai Pinangah Forest Reserve within the concession area (“designated area”), after taking into consideration the payment of all dues, royalties, charges, costs or premiums and fulfillment of terms and conditions by FLB to the Government of the State of Sabah. Please refer to the attachment for details of the announcement. This announcement is dated 10 October 2023.
