鹏尼1.6亿购度假村酒店

(吉隆坡24日讯)鹏尼发展(Plenitu,5075,主板產业股)以1亿6010万令吉,收购檳城Gurney度假村酒店及住宅。
该公司是通过子公司鹏尼国际私人有限公司,向僱员公积金局收购这项资產。双方今日签署买卖协议。涉及的资產是259单位的Gurney度假村酒店及住宅,及零售单位和551个泊车位;同时,也包括內部的家私、装潢、设施及工艺资讯系统等。

暂不提高派息 鹏尼保留现金迎挑战

(吉隆坡29日讯)由于明年房產领域將面对更大的挑战,如消费税(GST)和消费情绪走缓等,鹏尼发展(PLENITU,5075,主板產业股)表示,將选择手持更多现金,並暂时维持公司目前每股6仙的派息水平。
鹏尼发展执行主席蔡爱施指出,鹏尼发展2014財政年(6月30日结帐)现金有3亿9636万令吉,同时,该公司没有任何的银行借贷和零负债率。儘管面对整体房產市场环境不佳,但她希望,公司2015財政年能够维持目前的业绩表现。
小股东们在今日鹏尼发展的股东大会上纷纷对鹏尼发展业绩改善,但仍维持低派息感到不满,她对此作出解释,由於全球经济放缓,加上消费税在明年4月到来,因此,鹏尼发展想要保存资金以供不时之需。
此外,她补充,未来充满未知数,可能到时候土地价格会更加便宜,因此,公司需要保存实力,当遇上合適的机会,公司就有足够的现金趁低收购。
「我们也希望回馈更多给股东,然而在现阶段,鹏尼发展必须持有足够的现金,以防不时之需。」
蔡爱施在鹏尼发展首席营运员彭思和的陪同下,在公司的股东大会后出席记者会。
蔡爱施表示,公司迄今的地库共有1500英亩,集中在大马半岛,可以支撑未来10年的產业发展。同时,公司將会继续寻找更多有潜质的土地,特別是位于吉隆坡中心,雪兰莪、檳城和柔佛等地。
「目前的土地价格非常贵,因此我们需要谨慎购买可以为公司带来回报的土地。」她补充,如果遇到適合的机会,公司不排除购买砂拉越和沙巴的土地。
明年推3新盘
鹏尼发展于7月中旬收购檳城Gurney度假村酒店及住宅,她指出,既然鹏尼发展已经开启酒店业务,公司希望这项业务將可继续壮大。然而,公司的核心业务依然是房產发展商,包括可负担房屋和城镇发展。
她表示,公司明年將推出3项房產发展项目,分別位於蒲种、柔佛和檳城,预计2015財政年总发展价值为3亿1300万令吉。
回顾2014財政年,该公司共推出数个新盘,如柔佛Taman Desa Tebrau第12A阶段,拥有94个单位和蒲种Taman Putra Prima第3E阶段,拥有87个单位,总发展价值分別为1亿6500万令吉和9800万令吉。
除此以外,在不足1年的时间,鹏尼发展有2位首席財务员先后离开,分別为陈胜財和王忠明(译音),分別于7月31日和10月20日离职。由于该公司首席財务员一职人事变动频密,一名不愿具名的小股东向《东方財经》透露,股东们在会议上也向管理层反映他们对这事情的关注。
针对这问题,管理层表示,员工离职可能是他们找到更好的发展,並非公司內部出现问题。同时,管理层也请来在场的审计师发表对公司帐目的看法,让股东安心。
小股东也针对公司的低股息派发,提出各种的建议,包括要求鹏尼发展通过其他如发红股等方式,来回馈股东。
另外,小股东也指出,公司2014財政年净有形资產(NTA)为3.63令吉,比股价2.79令吉高,管理层是否会採取行动解决股价被低估的问题,对此,管理层回应说,「鹏尼发展將专注于如何提高公司价值,及获得成长,股价走势则是由市场决定。」【东方网财经】 |

(吉隆坡19日讯)鹏尼迪(PLENITU,5075,主板产业股)截至9月30日首季净利按年下跌16.75%。
根据文告,首季净利报2173万8000令吉,或相等于每股8.1仙,去年同期是2611万4000令吉,或每股赚9.7仙。
公司首季营业额按年下滑13.98%,报6233万7000令吉,去年同期营业额为7247万2000令吉。
鹏尼迪主要的净利和营业额来自于柔佛、雪兰莪、槟城和吉打的产业活动。【南洋网财经】

鹏尼子公司获放行 购槟葛尼渡假酒店
二零一五年一月七日 晚上七时一分
(吉隆坡7日讯)鹏尼有限公司(PLENITU,5075,产业组)独资子公司鹏尼国际私人有限公司,已获得首相署经济策划单位批准,以收购位于槟城乔治市的葛尼渡假酒店与公寓(The Gurney Resort Hotel and Residences)。
在致给大马交易所的文件中,鹏尼表示,随着获得放行,建议中收购将成为无条件。
在去年7月24日,鹏尼国际与公积金局签署一份买卖协议,建议以1亿6010万令吉现金,收购葛尼渡假酒店与公寓。
该公司认为,这项计划将给予鹏尼一个机会,扩充其酒店业务和经营。
建议中收购无须寻求鹏尼股东们批准,但附带条件是获得经济策划单位的绿灯。
葛尼渡假酒店与公寓拥有259间套房、餐饮店、舞厅、多功能厅、会议厅、宴会厅、休闲乐园、主题公园、以及包含无边际泳池、儿童波浪泳池和滑水道与其他支援设备的水上活动。

(吉隆坡16日讯)由于部分产业全面入账,以及新推出项目仍处于初步施工阶段,拖累鹏尼迪(PLENITU,5075,主板产业股)截至去年12月31日次季净利按年减少21.55%,报2073万8000令吉或每股盈利7.70仙,低于上财年同期的2643万3000令吉或9.80仙。
此外,次季营业额从上财年同期7905万令吉,按年收窄15%,至6719万4000令吉。

每股出价1.25 元 鹏尼迪发股全购诺马德

(吉隆坡2日讯)鹏尼迪(PLENITU,5075,主板产业股)出价每股1.25令吉,全面献购诺马德集团(NOMAD,8508,主板贸服股),将之私有化后下市。
根据文告,鹏尼迪将以换股方式私有化,以每股2.50令吉,发售1亿1153万3769股新股,每持有2股诺马德集团,可换得1股鹏尼迪。
届时,该公司的缴足资本将扩大至3亿8153万3769令吉,每股面值1令吉。
从鹏尼迪的出价来算,这较诺马德集团的1年加权均价,溢价54.94%。
进军隆酒店市场
鹏尼迪目前并没持有诺马德集团的股权。
鹏尼迪的酒店业务中心在槟城,福朋喜来登酒店(Four Points by Sheraton Penang Hotel)贡献总营收约4.13%,近期收购槟城格尼度假酒店及公寓(The Gurney Resort Hotel & Residences),料可提供酒店业务贡献比例。
为此,该公司将目光锁定在诺马德集团,后者在吉隆坡拥有诺富特吉隆坡市中心酒店(Novotel)、游牧苏卡萨全套房酒店(The Nomad SuCasa),以及槟城GLOW酒店,另在孟沙也有The Nomad服务式公寓。

新公司提振‧PLENITU末季淨利飆680%

(吉隆坡27日訊)新收購公司提振PLENITU(PLENITU,5075,主板產業組)淨利,截至2015年6月30日第四季為止,該公司淨利大起679.5%至9千318萬9千令吉,全年淨利則起77.71%至1億5千575萬8千令吉。
第四季營業額下跌15.18%至7千265萬9千令吉,全年跌14.6%至2億6千465萬5千令吉。
根據文告,該公司早前收購諾曼集團(NOMAD)93.2%股權,其中7千870萬令吉由諾曼集團所貢獻。產業與酒店業務分別佔該公司90%及10%的營業額,產業項目主要是來自雪州、柔佛、吉打與檳城的貢獻。
管理層表示,產業市場備受挑戰,但預期策略性地點依舊可吸引買家。( 星洲日報/財經)
