其实Rosemount在1537楼已解了，这题没有错误:

I am dreaming, aren't I?

am not 是不能缩写的，可能无法发音吧？所以用 aren't 取代，这是比较少见，比较特殊的状况。

逗号没错，talk to sb 和 speak to sb 都没问题，也没太大分别。

a few 是几个的意思，有正面的含义；
few 则有负面的含义，是不多，没几个的意思。
She has a few friends. = 她有好几个朋友。
She has few friends. = 她没几个朋友。

well 作为形容词的意思是健康的/没有病的；不是“好”的意思。

the food are 不对，这里的food是不可数名词，不可用 are。
