标准答案：
I am looking forward to having a bowl of delicious hot soup.

有两种形容词：
1. 描述事实的形容词：hot, cold, young, old...（较为客观的形容词）
2. 描述个人看法的形容词：nice, delicious, beautiful, good-looking... （较为主观的形容词）

英文形容词的顺序是：[形容词2]+[形容词1]+[名词]，
例：delicious hot soup
delicious：个人看法，比较主观，不同的人有不同程度的看法
hot: 事实，比较客观，大家都不难拥有一致的认同

更多例子：
a good-looking young man
a nice sunny day

照这么说，grandfather 可以指内外祖父，原句是不是算可以接受？

没有分，父亲或母亲的父亲都是 grandfather
an English.... 才是正确的，a English.... 错误。

有很多个黄先生，我只想说明是在新加坡工作那个黄先生。我可以这样说吗？

但这个句子我觉得怪怪的，是不是应该放逗号比较好？

哈哈，这题好像有点不理想，我直接揭晓答案吧，其实我在等待的答案是：
I like my neighbors. They are such nice people.
(1) 是两个句子，应该分开。
(2) 如果有名词（people）不可用 so，应该用 such，如果没有名词则用so：They are so nice.
