T２是 Terminal 2。 Manchester Airport 有三个Terminal。我在T２做。

还有一件事，是否应该把chest x-ray's negative带过去？可以不带吗？because the medical report itself already stated the status/comments.

you better read all the thread first before ask these kind of question ... anyway i can help to answer you ..

you can apply as long as u r below 30 years old. You can apply anytime u want ... provided they still accept the application ... do it earlier before too late .. if u want to go during jun ... i think u can apply now

首先我要道歉这个 checklist 使用英文写的，如果个伟大大有不明白的地方请回帖，小弟会尽量解释给各位大大的。。 ^_^

Personal Checklist for WHM applicant

1.        Fill up all the relevant forms for WHM. Find it out from http://www.vfs.com.my/

2.        Support letter from your parent(s) which shows that they are agree with your idea of joining WHM Scheme.

3.        Your bank statement to prove that you have such an amount of money to support yourself in UK for at least two months ( they will never tell you what is the amount of money you should prepare, however base on our experiences, MYR 10,000 or more will be sufficient)

4.        If your money in bank is not from your own saving (example borrow from relatives), please type a sponsor letter and request him/her to sign on it.

5.        Your appointment letter of current company and three months salary statements. (if possible show them your EPF statement)

6.        You must show them some Fixed Deposit (FD) which is owned by yourself, or your relatives. This FD is to ensure that you will not spent any public fund of UK incase you are having any incident or accident over UK. Same here, they will never tells you how much you should prepare but we are suspecting MYR 30,000 for FD is their boarder line.

7.        An invitation from your relative(s)/ friend(s) from UK who are inviting you to join him/her in UK life. In the letter you must indicate his/her name, purpose of staying in UK (example: study/working), current UK address and his/her UK contact number. Provide them the water/electricity bill or bank statement and etc whichever could shows that the invite person is currently staying in the address provided.

8.        For those people who involved in supporting, sponsoring you in this WHM Scheme, please show the routs of relationship between you and the sponsor person and the income statement of the sponsor. For example, your uncle’s wife is lending you MYR10, 000 FD; you must photocopy the FD statement, the marriage certificate of your uncle and wife, the birth certificate of your uncle, your father/mother and yourself to shows that how the owner of the FD is related to you. Moreover you must prepare the income statement for three months to shows that your auntie has such ability to sponsor you.

9.        Whichever documents that are mentioning above, you must provide them the photocopy. Besides that. You must also provide them the photocopy of your passport, education certificate (the highest level you obtained), and etc.

10.        All the photocopy must have certified with Notary Public; please ATTENTION here Notary Public is different from Commission of Oath therefore please make sure that the one whom certified your photocopy are NP not COO. (if you stay in Klang, I can tells you where to find NP ^_^ )

11.        Last but the most important, your travel plan in UK. I could not really give any idea of this travel plan, but you can try to search online with google maps which can tells you all the location of the city and some of the famous attractions in that cities.

那个网站的FORM缺少一张，PART 8...可以从那LINK去别的网站PRINT OUT...总共会有14页 + 1 张CHECK LIST + 1 张QUESTIONAIRE...VISA FEES RM 1400 (SUBMIT FORMS 之前先打电话去COMFIRM)

所有关于银行如BANK STATEMENT，FD都必须让银行CERTIFIED，不能NP.....

还有，呈交你们的APPOINTMENT / EMPLOYMENT LETTER EVEN 你有SHOW你三个月的PAY SLIP...(我第一次不能SUBMIT因为没带APPOINTMENT LETTER)

我和楼主COLLECT VISA WITHOUT INTERVIEW...这些都可让大家参考...也可以PM我们...

我的一位朋友去年也给了我一份参考. 十多页

FD的用途是确保申请者在UK遇到什么突发状况是不需要动用到UK政府的资金。。若是没有FD的话可以找亲戚朋友商量商量吧。。再不然就确保你的acc里有足够的$$。。
