My grandfather 已确定主语(subject)是谁，因为我只有一个祖父，'who is 70' 只是附加的信息，所以需要逗号分隔。比较：
The man who is sitting on the bench is my grandfather.
主语‘The man’需要‘who is sitting on the bench' 来确定，因为那里有好几个人，我的祖父是其中一个，我必须进一步说明是坐在凳子上的那个来确定是哪一个。

有时逗号的有无可以有不同的暗示，如：
My uncle, who is working in Singapore, got married last week.
暗示我只有一个叔叔，所以当我说我的叔叔时已确定主语是谁。

added 是形容词，是附加的意思，所以在一般句子中，no added sugar 才是正确的说法：
This product contains no added sugar.
如果改为... contains no sugar added 就犯了语法错误了。
但作为标语，no sugar added 可以接受，这是 No sugar is added 的缩写，例如在报章标题上常看到：Two men killed in plane crash = Two men were killed in a plane crash。
