Return on Capital Employed = Earnings Before Interest and Tax (EBIT) ÷ (Total Assets – Current Liabilities)

("LAMBO" OR "THE COMPANY") AND PRESTO MALL SDN. BHD. ("PMSB") | The Board of Directors of LAMBO wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Lambomove Sdn Bhd (“LamboMove”) has entered into a Collaboration Agreement (“CA”) with Presto Mall Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as Celcom Planet Sdn. Bhd.) (“PMSB”) on 27 May 2020.
Both parties are in agreement to enter into this CA where PMSB will be expanding its business in e-commerce, food delivery and parcel delivery by engaging LamboMove as one of the fulfillment agent for last mile delivery.
