億順機構料獲日本重建工程

我們看好億順機構(EKSONS,9016,主要板工業)在未來幾個月內,將獲得來自日本仙台的重建工程項目,這可進一步推動股價和熱帶膠合板價格上升。
該公司第三季業績,淨利按年揚55%至3370萬令吉,主要歸功予貢獻其中25%的房產業務,並派發每股免稅的股息(DPS)達2.5仙,全年股息為5仙,派息比率為13%。
但這比我們預期的7仙和20%來得少。
由于該公司截至今年3月尾淨流動現金達1億1320萬令吉,我們預計,該公司在下季將派發更高股息,並調低明年和2014年的派息率介于20%至25%。
億順機構的業績表現,99%符合我們早前的預期,我們將繼續給予該股明年本益比的預測為4.8倍,股價淨值比(P/BV)達0.4倍。
隨著日本房產復甦,重建工程項目達2300億美元(約7291億令吉),將推動膠合板價格大起。
我們相信,災后重建工作將在未來幾個月啟動。
億順機構原計劃今年中推出的The Atmosphere新一期房地產計劃,料展延至今年尾,發展總值料介于2億5000萬至3億令吉,備受看好。

我獲得通知買億順機構(EKSONS板,9016板,主板工業產品組)目標價2令吉,請問值得買嗎?請分析此股。
答:
億順機構主要涉及三夾板,鋸木及薄板領域,主要供中東市場,也於2009年開始涉足產業領域,推出首個產業計劃——“TheAtmosphere"綜合產業計劃,當時市場估計其發展總值為8億5千令吉,這是與Tempo產業公司以60:40比例聯營。
截至2012年6月30日為止,該公司首季淨利為994萬5千令吉,前期為1千812萬4千令吉。而營業額為1億1千100萬令吉,前期為1億1千895萬9千令吉。每股淨利為6.06仙,前期為11.04仙,每股資產值則為2令吉43仙。
若以目前市價約1令吉零7仙,以及最新首季每股淨利6.06仙年度化至24.24仙為准,預測本益比為4.41倍,相當具有吸引力。
該公司首季淨利較低,其中原因包括前期因日本大地震後使三合板需求及價格走高所致,比較今年首季表現則顯得大幅度縮減。同時,全球經濟成長低迷,使三合板賺幅及營業額下跌,也是今年首季表現較差原因。
該公司將在明年推出下一階段的房產計劃,即座落在雪州斯里肯邦岸的Atmosphere發展計劃的Soho及辨公室套房。

整體而言,該公司預測2013年的業務賺幅仍然正面。

公司有赚钱,不过一年就只不过分那5%的股息。。。。
大股东好像有点看不开似的。。。
股价一年了还是在那里游走。。。

亿顺卖地进账1.4 亿

(吉隆坡20日讯)亿顺机构(EKSONS,9016,主板工业产品股)持有60%股权的间接子公司———Russella Teguh私人有限公司,脱售1块面积约14.64英亩,位于雪州八打灵县的地皮,成交价为1亿4027万3318令吉。
文告显示,地皮拥有99年地契,截止日期2097年5月27日。
亿顺机构披露,Russella Teguh是于上个月20日,与LembahPenchala私人有限公司签署该买卖合约。
上述地皮是其产业发展业务的地库之一,原本有意发展为商用与零售产业。[南洋网财经]

(吉隆坡23日讯)亿顺机构(EKSONS,9016,主板工业产品股)卖地完成后,该公司每股净现金将推高至1.18令吉且可能会派特别股息。
亿顺机构日前宣布,其持有60%股权的子公司———Russella Teguh私人有限公司,以1.4亿令吉现金,或每平方尺220令吉的价格,脱售Atmosphere计划第三期的14.6英亩土地。
该土地原本有意发展为商场。这项脱售计划预料将在8至10个月内完成。
联昌国际投行研究对此项交易感到惊喜,并视之为正面的决定,因为商场的市场竞争激烈,且每平方尺220令吉的价位非常吸引人。
每股现金1.18令吉
截至6月底,亿顺机构坐拥5300万令吉的净现金,卖地所得将推高现金至1亿9330万令吉,或每股净现金达1.18令吉。
然而,分析员认为,该公司不可能派发卖地所得的所有款项,而是更倾向于收购更多在巴生谷的产业地库。
因此,他不排除该公司在完成脱售计划后,可能派发特别股息予股东。
此外,胶合板价格将在未来几个月复苏,有望进一步激励股价走势。
联昌国际投行研究上修该股评级,从“低于大市”上修至“短线买入”。假设脱售计划完成,该股的目标价从98仙,上调至1.44令吉。[南洋网财经]
