（吉隆坡18日讯）EA控股（EAH，0154，创业板）建议进行一系列企业活动，包括发红股，发股收购CekapAir私人有限公司，以及多元化至机电工程和建筑项目管理咨询业务。

根据文告，EA控股建议，以每5股送1股红股，派发最高2亿6735万6264股新股给股东。

此外，该控股宣布，以总值4704万令吉收购Cekap Air的80万股或20%股权。

EA控股将会发行4亿7040万股进行该收购，每股发售价为10仙。

根据文告，CekapAir主要业务是为水供和废水厂提供水力机电工程，而独资子公司WY咨询与发展有限公司则进行项目管理咨询和相关活动。

通过该项收购，EA控股将能够多元化至新业务。

该控股主要业务为投资控股、管理和咨询服务，子公司则提供商业智能软件和发展、资讯科技服务、管理咨询与系统整合、电子商业咨询和硬碟系统整合专才和研究，以及设计、发展、销售和经销无线射频识别追踪系统。

这项举动可为EA控股带来新的收入来源，且多元化净利基础，进而改善中至长期的股东价值。
