税务拖累．木材起价．富佳木业次季净利挫42%

（吉隆坡23日讯）受木材价格走高及高税务拖累，富佳木业（FLBHD，5197，主板工业产品组）截至2016年6月30日止第二季净利报464万1000令吉，挫42.31%，拖累首半年净利跌30.04%至795万3000令吉。

第二季营业额微起5.2%至5273万7000令吉，首半年则走高32.26%至1亿602万3000令吉。

该公司透过文告表示，销量走高，提振营业额表现，惟木材价格及高税务，重挫了毛赚幅，以致税前盈利下挫至280万令吉。

展望未来，管理层表示，木材价格及最低薪金制，以及外围经济影响了公司产品售价，营运环境依旧面对挑战，因此管理层放眼增加产量及减少成本以应对，并有信心今年仍可获利。

FLBHD(5197) - 富佳木材业绩公布了FY2016Q2的业绩，营业额YOY进步了5%，但是Net Profit却下跌了42%。这是FLBHD连续两个季度盈利下滑，主要原因是因为失去了Double Tax Deduction Benefit以及美金下滑。以下是FLBHD季度报告的一些分析:

跟去年的Profit Margin相比，FLBHD的Margin从17.8%下跌到现在的7.5%。主要的原因之一是过往享受的低Corporate tax已经不复存在，今年开始FLBHD的Corporate tax rate是24%。

虽然FY2016两个季度的营业额比去年同期上涨了32%，但是还是避免不了上半年盈利下跌30%的命运。笔者在此对比12%以及24% Corporate Tax 对FLBHD的影响。

假设Tax rate维持12%：

FLBHD在FY2016上半年的盈利将会是:

10.433 mil x 0.88 = 9.181 mil。

差别 = 9.181 mil - 7.953 mil = 1.228 mil。



所以因为Corporate tax恢复到24%，FLBHD必须多给1.228 mil的税。从上图我们也可以看到今年的Income tax expense从1.349 mil上涨到2.48 mil。未来两个季度FLBHD的Income tax也会是拉低Profit Margin主要推手。



在去年连续3个季度盈利进步之后，今年连续两个季度下滑让不少投资者忧心。



先看看外汇的因素，FLBHD这个季度有236,000的外汇盈利。但是上个季度FLBHD却蒙受了不小的外汇亏损，假设Exclude了外汇的因素，Q1的Operating Profit其实是比Q2更加出色的。主要是因为Q1的美金average quarterly rate平均4.22, Q2平均下跌到4.01左右。



上图是FLBHD季度报告的Summary：

    - 今年Q2的营业额比FY2015高，主要归功于Sales volume增加。
    - 不过木材原料价格上涨以及高额的Income tax导致profit margin下滑。
    - 这个季度的营业额比上个季度低了0.55 mil，主要是因为美金下滑导致销售价格下跌。
    - 而这个季度的盈利QOQ比上个季度优秀是因为外汇盈利的贡献，上个季度的盈利不理想是因为有大约3.4 mil的外汇亏损。



Gross profit margin预计会继续下滑，主要是因为生产成本增加以及7月1号开始实施的minimum Labour wages。因此，公司将会极力增加每个月的产量以及减低生产成本。

FLBHD现在手持19.614 mil的现金以及62.51 mil的other investment，因此相等于82 mil现金左右。由于客户欠账增加，所以FLBHD的手持现金从上个季度的88.9 mil下跌到现在的82 mil。

如何知道客户欠账增加呢？因为FLBHD的Trade receivable 突然从上个季度的10.086 mil增加到现在的23.334 mil，这可能是因为销售量增加导致。以现在103.2 mil的股数计算，FLBHD每股现金 = 79.5仙。

总体来说，FLBHD未来两个季度会充满挑战性。Income Tax的增加会到这未来两个季度的Net profit下滑1 - 2 mil。而失去了美金光环，FLBHD也只能靠销售量去抵消。由于去年盈利的爆发，今年要已经很难保持盈利成长。可以预见FY2016的盈利一定会比FY2015下滑不少。

不过手持大笔现金，FLBHD还是有能力派发8 - 12 仙的股息。趋势 - Trend已经不在FLBHD身上，这也是为什么散户在过往几个月不停卖票。现在FLBHD会是一家不错的高股息股，但是股价很难在短期内回到当初的巅峰。

它到底值不值得继续持有，那就要看投资者要的是什么。是股息？是快速回酬？还是一家值得长期收藏的价值股？

富佳木业FLBHD - 没有最低，只有更低

相信大家对这支股票一点也不陌生吧。FLB曾经是支人人看好的企业。无论是去年还是今年，仍然还有许多股友在推荐这支股票。当业绩标青时，他们强调美金走强，FLB未来业绩可期。当业绩打回原形时，他们说FLB手上现金充裕，大马没有几家公司做到每年6-8%的股息率。那，今天出炉的业绩比之前更低，还会有什么理由呢？

FLB今日 (11/21) 发布了FY16Q3业绩，其盈利按年按季分别下滑70%和38%，创下3年以来的新低。此外，FLB并未在这个季度建议任何派息，无法重演去年的两次派息。

FLB的营业额按年按季分别下滑了28%和41%，是整体盈利暴跌的主要原因。这主要因为FLB的运输航在2016年9月底才抵达美国，无法赶上结算截止日期。因此，这批价值不详的货品并未纳入FY16Q3的账面。按逻辑来看，这批货应该会纳入下一个季度的业绩，意味着下个季度的表现会比较高。

除此自外，较低的产品平均销售价格也导致集团的毛利率下降。再加上外汇收益按年大幅度下滑，FLB的整体利润被消磨不少。去年风光时期的外汇优势荡然无存！值得一提，美金兑马币在FY16Q3徘徊于4.00至4.20之间。

目前，FLB手上握有RM26.4m的现金，相等于每股26仙的现金。虽然手上现金流强劲，但是和去年的RM57.8m相比，已经消失了超过50%。FLB曾在上个季度投资RM44.7m在其他项目。然而，这个项目只是标上“Other Investment”，FLB并未对这笔投资作出任何解释。但是，只要详细注意税后盈利的细节，FLB已开始在这笔投资上获得接近RM1.0m的纸上盈利，相等于2.23%的未实现回酬。或许，管理层已无意把资金大笔投入生意，而转去其他投资，以获取额外收入。

除了以上，FLB之前拥有的货运费双重扣税津贴也在2016年被撤销。它在2014年和2015年节省了高达RM3.0m和RM3.8m的税。在失去了双重扣税津贴后，FLB必须依照政府规定的企业税率24%来交税。因此，它在2016年支出的税务肯定比前两年高。

展望未来，虽然最低工资条例在2016年7月开始实行，但只要FLB能够保持每月产量在一定的水平时，这影响其实是非常小。然而，考虑到当前全球经济状况，FLB的经营环境在未来仍然充满挑战性。

目前，管理层正在收购一台生产胶合板 (Plywood) 的新机械。这台机械可生产FLB原有机器无法制定的尺寸和规格。管理层计划通过生产这些尺寸的胶合板，将美国市场的销售量提升。本专页认为这是FLB目前唯一的看点。

估值方面，FLB在FY16首3个季度交出RM10.8m的盈利。假设它全年盈利可达到RM16m，以103.20m的股数来计算，FLB的每股盈利将会是15.50仙。再以10倍PE推算，FLB的每股潜在价值是RM1.55。它今日收市价是RM1.69，意味着股价已经偏贵了。

随着低于的业绩出炉，FLB预计会跳空开低，估计在1.50左右。以技术图表来看，FLB仍然还有往下探的可能性。它最关键的支撑价位处于1.28。

对于FLB的“粉丝”，本专页不建议大家趁低吸纳。再次强调，公司现金充裕是个优势，但并不属于股东们。损益表里有“Profit Attributable to Shareholders”，但是财务报表里却没有”Cash Attributable to Shareholders”，意味着只有盈利才是属于股东而不是现金。

早前，有位朋友说FLB的现金那么多，就算盈利不到位也可持续派发股息。这个季度FLB没派发股息，就是最好的回应。公司有现金，不代表一定要派发给股东。之前FLB的股息率是6-8%，那大家认为今年FLB的股息率还会有多少呢？

末季获利有望回升．富佳木业或增派息

（吉隆坡21日讯）富佳木业（FLBHD，5197，主板工业产品组）第三季业绩虽逊色，但分析员仍乐观预期，在美国休旅车市场看俏和美元利好带动下，第四季获利将走强，或有增派终期股息的惊喜。

丰隆研究预估，富佳木业第四季营业将走高至6000万令吉，按11%赚幅计算，估计将获得660万令吉盈利。但在销售数量、税务走高以及平均销售价格走低情况下，全年净利料将下挫19%。

此外，该公司目前手握折算每股85仙现金（近股价53%），除了2015外，该公司营运现金流皆维持在8至27仙之间。自2011上市以来，该公司每年皆派发6至8仙股息，在2015年更大方派发15仙。

末季有望派息4仙

按照过往纪录估算，丰隆认为，该公司有可能在末季派发4仙股息，推高全年股息派发至10仙或6%周息率。

富佳木业有近98%的产品外销至国外，其中美国占其销售71%，韩国占12.4%台湾占1.5%以及印度占1.25%。

值得关注的是，该公司几乎所有出口都是以美元计算，同时该公司销售成本是以马币结算，马币兑换美元从去年平均3令吉90仙水平下挫了5.5%至2016年平均4令吉13仙水平。

美休旅车出货量料增

该公司对美国出口的产品大部份皆应用在休闲车领域。美国经济正在复苏，预料2017年休闲车出货量将增加4.4%至43万8000辆。
