富达第三季转亏为盈

(吉隆坡24日讯)富达(PRTASCO,5070,主板建筑股)截至9月30日第三季,按年转亏为盈,净赚1536万5000令吉,派息4仙。
不过,同期营业额则跌4.7%,报3亿397万9000令吉。
累计首9个月,富达同样转亏为盈,净赚4622万2000令吉;营业额也扬24.8%,报8亿3347万3000令吉。
根据文告,营业额走扬的推动力,主要源自维修、建筑和产业发展业务。
至于转亏为盈,则是因为去年同期,该公司曾为印尼PT Anglo Slavic公司的投资,作出资产减值亏损而形成的低基础效应。
然而,即使撇除资产减值亏损,该公司仍能取得9.4%的增长,主要归功于维修业务的贡献。

富达获3.05亿合约 布城建一马公务员房屋

(吉隆坡1日讯)富达(PRTASCO,5070,主板建筑股)从布城机构(Perbadanan Putrajaya)获颁建筑合约,总值3亿50万令吉。
根据文告,这项合约是由子公司富达发展私人有限公司所获得,在一马公务员房屋计划(PPA1M)下,于布城建造1100间房屋。
富达执行副主席兼集团董事经理拿督斯里张吉平表示,总值3亿50万令吉的合约,预计可贡献未来净利。
2013年时,在PPA1M计划下,富达也曾被委任为发展商,在布城建筑1680间房屋。
截至9月,项目价值已达5亿7850万令吉,进度为39%。
政府放眼在全国兴建10万间房屋给公务员,价格介于15万至30万令吉,是提供可负担房屋给公务员的举措之一。【南洋网财经】

提供鑒定工程服務 富達獲7500萬合約

(吉隆坡23日訊)富達(PRTASCO,5070,主要板建築)獲工程部頒發價值7500萬令吉,為期3年的合約,提供鑒定工程服務。
該公司向馬證交所報備,旗下子公司Kumpulan Ikram私人有限公司接獲當局委任信件,成為工程服務供應商。
Kumpulan Ikram將在3年內,就斜坡和坡度相關結構提供鑒定工程服務。這項合約具延長2年選項,估計每年合約價格2500萬令吉,但實際價碼將取決于當時在主要服務協議下的使用量。
“根據協議,Ikram提供的服務將從2016年1月1日生效,涵蓋國內所有失敗斜坡,但不包括聯邦大道、私有化特行經營協議下的道路,及有待政府或政府機構完成的道路。”

富達前董事鄭博毅 控涉騙6800萬

(吉隆坡15日訊)富達(PRTASCO,5070,主要板建築)前董事拿督鄭博毅,因涉嫌6800萬令吉詐騙案而被控。
“馬新社”報導,現年40歲的鄭博毅在4年前作出虛假聲明,涉嫌6800萬令吉詐騙案,今日在安邦地庭被提控兩項罪名。
根據報導,他被指控隱瞞公司董事,本身與印尼公司PT Anglo Slavic Utama(簡稱PT ASU)有關聯。
他因涉嫌誤導董事局和管理層,讓后者和PT ASU參與油氣投資,收購PT ASU的62%股權,股權總值2200美元(約6839萬令吉)。
據稱,有關股權收購所得的款項,分階段匯入PT ASU于聯昌銀行的2個戶頭。
第2項控訴,是指鄭博毅在宣誓官前發假誓,稱本身與PT ASU沒有任何關聯,既非該公司董事也不是股東。
法官準許他以100萬令吉和一名擔保人保釋,同時必須交出護照和禁止騷擾證人。【中国报财经】 |

被控诈骗8500万 董事不认罪

(吉隆坡3日讯)富达有限公司前董事拿督黄国安因涉嫌欺骗、偽证以及刑事失信约8500万令吉而被控上安邦地庭,惟被告在地庭法官苏莱雅慕斯达法卡玛面前否认有罪。
被告所面对的第1项控状,是被控刻意隱瞒本身与印尼PT Anglo Slavic Utama公司有利益关係,欺骗富达有限公司董事局以及职员,导致富达与PT Anglo Slavic Utama合作投资石油及天然气业务,並以2200万美元(6839万3170令吉)收购PT Anglo Slavic Indonesia公司63%股权。
控状指出,若富达有限公司不是受到被告所欺骗,绝对不会同意这一项合作协议,而分期將有关款额,匯入PT Anglo Slavic Utama的两个联昌国际银行户头。
被告被控于2012年11月至2014年1月30日期间,在位于加影的富达有限公司办公室犯下上述罪行。
他是在刑事法典第420条文下被控,一旦罪成可被判最高入狱10年及鞭笞,也可被罚款。
100万保外候审
第二项控状则指被告于2014年1月2日,向宣誓官发假誓,宣称本身与PT Anglo Slavic Utama或其董事及股东有关係,事实上,他与PT Anglo Slavic Utama有利益关係。
控状指出,被告已抵触刑事法典第181条文,一旦罪成,可面对最高3年监禁及罚款。
他也被控涉及PT Anglo Slavic Utama產业的刑事失信案,涉及款额高达1625万令吉。
根据刑事法典第409条文,一旦罪成,被告面对最高20年监禁及罚款。
主控官拿汀诺苏海达要求法官让被告以100万令吉保释金,以及1名担保人保外候审,被告代表律师云大舜则要求法官设定更合理的保释金。

(吉隆坡20日讯)道路建筑工程集团富达有限公司(PRTASCO,5070,建筑组)公布,在截至2015年12月31日止财政年度,所取得的税前利润按年从1667万令吉飙升6.8倍至1亿3013万令吉。
该集团致函大马交易所说,至于营业额也由之前的10亿6000万令吉上升至12亿9000万令吉。
与此同时,它在一份声明中称:“今次能够获得如此良好的表现,主要是我们持续专注于目标,而不是被去年的海外投资项目所分心。”
富达执行副主席兼集团董事经理拿督斯里张吉平指出:“尽管迹象显示全球经济疲弱,以及建筑和产业发展行业面对挑战,但是在拥有强劲的订单合约下,今年我们有望可以维持去年的良好表现。”
张氏表示:“随着获颁发第2期的一马公务员房屋(PPA1M)项目后,我们希望看到建筑业务将会继续积极贡献集团的盈利。”
在2015年第4季度中,第一期的一马公务员房屋项目已完成56%,因此建筑业务分别贡献集团80%的常年收入和税前利润。

联邦道路维修合约 富达获延长10年

(吉隆坡14日讯)富达(PRTASCO,5070,主板建筑股)宣布,子公司Roadcare(大马)私人有限公司获得政府更新大马半岛联邦道路维修特许经营权。
根据文告,该项特许经营权获得延长10年期限。
首两年的期限,既是从今年2月17日至2018年2月16日,会根据现有经营权相同条款进行。
而之后8年,从2018年2月17日至2026年2月16日,将根据成效式合约计算。
富达表示,该项特许经营权预计将对公司截至12月31日的2016财年业绩带来贡献。
该项涵盖登嘉楼、吉兰丹、雪兰莪和彭亨,共长7000公里的联邦道路维修特许经营权已在2月到期。
早前,有消息指,更新协议预计可在未来10年,带来每年2.5亿令吉的收入贡献。【南洋网财经】

(“IIAM”), 100% owned by Kumpulan Ikram Sdn. Bhd. (“KISB”), which in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has become a 30% owned associate company following the allotment of additional shares of IIAM to new shareholders.
Its name has been changed to Ikram Engineering Consulting Sdn. Bhd. with effect from 5 July 2016, the date of the Certificate of Change of Name issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
IIAM, now known as Ikram Engineering Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (“IEC”) used to have minimum business activities is now planned to provide non-physical consultancy services upon the completion of restructuring exercise.
The restructuring does not expect to have any material effect on net assets per share, gearing and share capital of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2016.
None of the directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the aforesaid restructuring and allotment of shares. |

富达包揽3.158亿令吉SUKE大道合约

(吉隆坡5日讯)富达(Protasco Bhd)包揽一项价值3亿1580万令吉的合约,负责新街场-淡江大道(SUKE)的部分延伸建设工程。
该集团今日向大马交易所报备,子公司HCM Engineering私人有限公司将与Hatimuda私人有限公司联手负责这项合约的建设工程,两家公司各别持有40%和60%股权。
这项合约是由Turnpike Synergy私人有限公司所颁布,前者是国民投资机构(PNB)独资子公司—Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings私人有限公司旗下的子公司。
富达并没透露该集团将负责大道的哪个延伸部分工程,仅表示此工程预计耗时30个月,料将在2019年2月28日竣工。
该集团预估,此合约料将为其截至2016年12月31日财政年的净资产和盈利,带来进账。

Type | Announcement | Subject | OTHERS | Description | LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED SUNGAI BESI-ULU KELANG ELEVATED EXPRESSWAY (SUKE) | The Company is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd (“HCM”) has received a letter of acceptance from Turnpike Synergy Sdn Bhd for the construction of the proposed Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway (SUKE) (“Contract”).
The Contract with a value of approximately RM315.8 million is to be undertaken jointly by HCM and Hatimuda Sdn Bhd on a 40% : 60% basis and is expected to be completed in 30 months period by 28 February 2019.
Hatimuda Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on 13 September 1994, it has an authorized share capital of RM5 million comprising 5 million ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and a paid up share capital of RM5 million. Its principal business is to carry out construction and infrastructure works.
The Contract is expected to have a positive impact on the net assets and earnings of Protasco Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2016.
None of the Directors, substantial shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the Contract. |

富达联营丹州道路维修

(吉隆坡27日讯)富达(PRTASCO,5070,主板建筑股)和Kijang Kuari私人有限公司,携手承接吉兰丹州道路的维修工程。
根据文告,子公司HCM工程私人有限公司和Kijang Kuari签署股东协议,以60:40的股权比例成立新公司,负责为吉兰丹州的道路供应、交付和铺设沥青混凝土和碎石,以及相关的附带工程。
这项协议为期10年,而首两年的合约价值为2570万令吉,接下来的合约价值,将由丹州公共工程局(JKR)根据该州的材料市价和劳工,再每两年作出评估。
Kijang Kuari为丹州经济发展局(KSEDC)的独资子公司,主要业务是涉足丹州的建筑和资源领域。

Type | Announcement | Subject | OTHERS | Description | MAINTENANCE WORK FOR KELANTAN STATE ROAD | Protasco Berhad ("PB") wishes to announce that its subsidiary HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd has entered into a shareholder agreement with Kijang Kuari Sdn Bhd ("Kijang Kuari") to jointly undertake the following maintenance work on a 60:40 basis via a new company to be set up in due course.
“ To supply, deliver and pave Asphaltic Concrete and Crusher Run for the state road of Kelantan and to do all incidental works necessary from the quarry to the site.” (“Maintenance Work”)
Kijang Kuari is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kelantan State Economic Development Corporation (“KSEDC”). It is principally engaged in the business of construction and resource-based industry in the State of Kelantan.
Kijang Kuari had been awarded the abovementioned Maintenance Work for a period of 10 years by the State of Kelantan via its Jabatan Kerja Raya (Public Works Department).
The contract sum of the Maintenance Work for the first two years has been fixed at RM25.7 million. The subsequent contract sum shall be reviewed by Jabatan Kerja Raya Kelantan every two years based on the prevailing market price of the material and labour costs in the state of Kelantan.
The Maintenance Work is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings for the financial year ending 31 December 2016.
