海外天拓茶餐廳及清真市場

（吉隆坡6日訊）海外天（OVERSEA，0153，創業板貿服組）多元化發展餐飲業務，拓展茶餐廳及清真市場，樂觀看待業務前景。

該集團首席執行員俞達騰在股東大會後接受《星洲財經》訪問時表示，海外天業務向來以中餐為主，為吸引不同客戶群，除了計劃進軍清真市場，也打算拓展茶餐廳業務。

“茶餐廳具發展潛能，快餐經營模式亦受年輕人喜愛，可為公司開拓新客戶群，明年不排除會再開設茶餐廳。”

該飲食集團在去年及今年各開1家茶餐廳，過去在吉隆坡僅擁有一家尖東香港茶餐廳。

至於未來是否考慮以連鎖方式加速拓展茶餐廳業務，他表示一切還有待董事會決定，若有機會不排除會考慮。

“如今當局對餐飲連鎖管制較嚴格，業者須擁有3年的營運紀錄才可申請，一切還是待業務步上軌道後再談也不遲。”

另外，他也表示海外天正積極朝清真市場邁進，接下來計劃申請清真認證，為打入清真市場舖路，並計劃明年開設多一間清真餐廳。

“大馬清真飲食市場比中餐市場大，全馬人民都可享用清真美食，然而可品嘗中餐者只有30%，不過申請清真認證還在初步規劃階段，且較為費時，保守估計須1年時間才可獲得。”

月餅業務競爭日益劇烈

至於會如何應對競爭日益劇烈的月餅業務，俞達騰認為許多業者相續投入月餅領域，證明該市場正在成長，該集團在月餅領域經驗豐富，具先驅優勢，依然看好月餅市場有利可圖。

目前該集團僅月餅產品獲得清真認證，同時也提供月餅代工製造（OEM），在Tropicana Mall設有一家Otak-Otak Place餐廳，餐飲貢獻營業額80%，月餅製造貢獻20%。

對於去年業務面臨虧損問題，他解釋這是因為關閉新加坡及雪州Jaya1虧損店面帶來的一次性虧損所至，相信業務重組後可恢復正常，對集團前景維持樂觀，因現有餐飲業務已開始轉虧為盈，營運現金流亦相當穩健。（星洲日報／財經）

海外天穩中拓業務

偵測目標2：海外天中西合併闢新途

與華人傳統關係密切的本地老牌飲食企業－－海外天（OVERSEA，0153，創業板貿服組），4年前上市至今一直毫無表現，業績和股價雙雙令人失望，不過，一切似乎在近期逐漸好轉。

面對業績不振威脅的海外天，過去兩年來積極致力於業務瘦身，包括脫售非核心資產，及大膽關閉部份表現不佳的主要餐廳，而這些努力終於在過去半年業績中展示成果，不僅整體營運成本下降19%，營運賺幅也持續改善。

上週出爐的第三季業績顯示，該公司雖僅錄得12萬3千令吉淨利，卻比前期104萬5千令吉淨虧損明顯改善，而且是連續兩季取得淨利，帶動2014財政年首9個月報淨利232萬3千令吉，按年轉虧為盈。

不僅如此，海外天如今已是無債一身輕，持有近2千萬令吉淨現金，相等於每股8.1仙，佔股價60%，充裕內部現金讓該公司即使在蒙虧情況下，依然有餘力在過去兩個財政年派發0.3仙股息，相等於3.23%週息率，算是不錯的額外收獲。

此外，海外天去年10月宣佈收購澳洲BurgerFoundry公司30.1%股權，初步染指漢堡業務，由於Burger Foundry計劃繼續收購其他飲食資產，暗示這項收購只是開端，海外天可能繼續增加投資在澳洲飲食業，惟成敗尚待觀察。

值得一提的是，海外天在最新業績中透露正籌備設立新餐廳，求穩之餘亦開始尋求業務擴張機會，惟就該公司現有業務規模而言，短期盈利驚喜潛能亦不大，只是在業績轉穩、股價較4年前折價43%、現金充裕等條件支持下，稍加留意該股未來動態，絕對有利無害。

海外天轉虧為盈 全年獲利350萬

（吉隆坡23日訊）賺幅增營運開銷減少，海外天（OVERSEA，0153，創業板貿易股）2014財年末季轉虧為盈，錄得118萬令吉淨利，不過基于新加坡分行終止營運，拖累營業額按年滑落6.7%至1755萬令吉。

該公司董事經理俞植昌今日透過文告指出，本地餐館營業額仍穩健成長，但新加坡餐館終止營運海外貢獻滑落，拖累末季營業額，所幸旗下生產業務銷量按年增25%至1130萬令吉。

“縱使我們致力追求良好成本效益，但2014財年對海外天來說仍是個關鍵年，現在這些努力都有收獲，展望未來，我們不只要增加銷售店面，相反還要努力開拓市場，以滿足廣大消費群。”

該公司本財年全年營業額按年滑落2.4%報6547萬令吉，轉虧為盈錄得350萬令吉淨利。【中国报财经】

整合后重新出发　海外天看好业绩

（吉隆坡8日讯）经过2年的整合之后，目前重新展开扩充活动的海外天（OVERSEA，0153，创业板）预期，该公司在2015財政年（3月31日结帐）的业绩表现將比去年好。

该公司执行董事俞达腾在股东大会后的记者招待会上表示，隨著过去2年的整合活动，包括，关闭了3家营业表现不佳的分行，及加强核心业务，海外天在2014財政年的业绩如预测般转亏为盈。

接下来，通过成本节省管理、销售促销活动及推出新式月饼等措施，他有信心公司在2015財政年可交出更好的业绩表现。

另外，海外天预期在2015財政年投入200至250万令吉的资本开销，主要用作设立新分行及购买新器材等。

海外天总经理叶特铭指出，在未来几年，公司將会开设不同概念新分行。其中在2015財政年內，將会投入约50万令吉设立新「尖东」分行，而地点將选择人口流量高的商业地区。同时，將会在2016財政年开设两家不同概念的分行。

与此同时，该公司预测，隨著新分行设立后，乐观看待该些概念餐厅，將可在未来3年內，作出约15%的营业额贡献。

不过，该公司强调，依然会专注於核心业务，並且80%的资源及资金將投资於核心业务，剩余20%则投资联营活动。

针对计划设立「清真」餐馆，俞达腾指出，该公司可进入「清真」市场，进一步扩大所服务的范围，从而扩大该公司营业额来源。

另外，製造业务（月饼）方面，俞达腾披露，那是公司非常重要的业务之一，因其占总营业额15至20%，而所製造月饼並不只在海外天分行销售，也通过其他分销管道销售，並且进行出口销售，如分销至美国及澳洲等国家。

展望饮食领域前景，俞达腾透露，虽然市场竞爭依然激烈，但海外天主攻家庭市场，如团圆饭、满月酒等中式活动，不同於专注在企业活动的餐馆。

目前，该公司旗下共有6家海外天餐馆，其中4家座落於巴生谷，剩余2家则在怡保。【东方网财经】

（吉隆坡9日讯）海外天（OVERSEA，0153，创业板）在台湾成立独资子公司台湾海外天（TaiwanHaewaytian），为拓展台湾市场铺路。

该公司向马交所报备，通过独资子公司海外天JV国际餐厅（Restoran Oversea JV（International）），在台湾成立台湾海外天。

该公司指出，台湾海外天将作为未来业务拓展计划的工具。

根据该公司文告，台湾海外天缴足资本达100万令吉（约11万8500令吉）。

Financial Effects Earnings & Net Assets The incorporation of THL is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share and net assets per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2015 as THL is currently dormant. Share Capital The incorporation of THL has no effect on the share capital of the Company as the incorporation cost was satisfied entirely by cash generated internally. 4. Approval Sought The incorporation of THL is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company or from any relevant authorities. 5. Directors' and Substantial Shareholders' Interest None of the Directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Company or any persons connected to them have any direct or indirect interest in the incorporation of THL. 6. Directors' Recommendation The Directors of Oversea, having considered all aspect of the incorporation of THL, are of the opinion that the said incorporation is in the best interest of the Company. 7. Statement by Audit Committee The Audit Committee of Oversea, having seen and reviewed the rationale for the incorporation of THL, is satisfied and is of the opinion that the said incorporation of THL is not detrimental to the shareholders of Oversea.
