LPF/0035 ("LPF"), FOR A CASH CONSIDERATION OF RM150.0 MILLION ("PROPOSED ACQUISITION")
Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms set out herein shall have the same meanings as those set out in the Announcements dated 22 February 2017, 14 July 2017, 21 August 2017, 21 February 2018, 23 February 2018, 10 July 2018, 26 July 2018 and 25 September 2018 (“Announcements”). Further to the Announcements, on behalf of the Board, we wish to inform that TMSB had, on 25 October 2018, paid the balance of the Consideration (“Balance Sum”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement to RSB.   Following the above, the Board wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition is completed on the same date.
