7公司竞标沙拉马祖码头

（吉隆坡4日讯）7名竞标者争相竞投砂拉越民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服股）旗下的沙拉马祖（Salamaju）港口项目的终期工作配套，以供应码头卸货设备。

《星报》引述民都鲁港口总执行长拿督密欧尔阿末报道指出，该公司正评估该竞标活动，预计会在6月初颁发项目。

他说，项目内容料包括为新码头项目供应三层式仰俯起重机。

这类起重机是特别设计给能源密集型领域，如坐落民都鲁沙拉马祖工业园的铝、含铁硅和锰合金冶炼厂。

沙拉马祖港口是由民都鲁港口子公司——沙拉马祖工业港口私人有限公司所营运。

吞吐量提高20万公吨

在一年前完成了临时设备后（包括两个驳船泊位和一个滚装船坡道），该港口就已开始运作。这些临时的设备可让沙拉马祖工业园的业者，使用驳船或小型船只，直接将原料及货物进口到沙拉马祖。

在过去8个月，临时设备已服务了127艘船只，货运吞吐量达5743公吨。

密欧尔阿末放眼将今年的货运吞吐量，提高至20万公吨。针对进行中的港口项目进度，他说，整体进度出现12%的延误。

（吉隆坡22日讯）民都鲁港口控股有限公司（BIPORT，5032，贸易服务组）公布，在截至2015年3月31日止第1季度，所取得的税前利润按年从5221万令吉下跌至4710万令吉。

但是，该集团致函大马交易所表示，营业额由之前的1亿3106万令吉扬升至1亿3365万令吉，而每股收益仅7.71仙，较去年同期的8.92仙为少。

它预计，今年市况将会疲弱。

民都鲁港口控股补充：“尽管如此，液化天然气船和货船装卸业务仍将是主要收入来源，这有助抵消市场任何周期性的不景气。”【光华日报财经】

（吉隆坡2日訊）民都魯港口（BIPORT，5032，主要板貿服）旗下沙馬拉祖工業港口私人有限公司（Samalaju Industrial Port），頒佈價值3808萬令吉合約給Senari 機械私人有限公司，以訂製3台起重機。

該公司向馬證交所報備，上述合約為設計、建築、交付、安裝、測試和啟用三台起重機，並備有料斗和輸送皮帶設備，合約期限為14個月。

根据文告，次季净利报2081万7000令吉，或相等每股4.53仙，逊于去年同期的3044万令吉，或6.62仙。

当季营业额则从1亿3903万4000令吉，年跌5.14%，至1亿3189万1000令吉，主要是来自液化天然气和散装货运的营收减少。

同时，加上租赁资产的折旧和摊销开支，次季开支也提高自1亿556万令吉。

半年赚5630万

（吉隆坡21日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服股）指出，将向中央政府寻求批准，将货柜及普通货物的港口收费率提高20至30%。

根据《星报》报道，该公司总执行长拿督密欧尔阿末表示，上一次的货柜收费调涨是在1999年，而普通货物收费价格，则是自1983年以来从未调整过。

他说，民都鲁港口于今年初已把调涨港口收费率的建议书，提呈给民都鲁港务局（BPA），但后者尚未转交中央政府。

密欧尔阿末希望可尽快完成，因为民都鲁港务局原定在7月份，就应该把计划书转交给中央政府。

上半年净利挫21%

民都鲁港口的大股东，包括国家石油公司（Petronas）、砂拉越州财政秘书、Equisar资产有限公司，及公务员退休金基金（KWAP）。

在过去数年内，由于货柜和货品处理成本开支不断上涨，密欧尔阿末认为，调涨收费的建议与措施对他们来说拖延已久。

民都鲁港口近期获得政府批准，延长该港口经营权时间至2052年。在2014年，该港口总共处理了27万495个标准箱货柜。

密欧尔阿末也披露，上半年的货柜数量按年下跌12%。

“下跌原因包括运往国外的胶合板、单板和锯材货品数量减少；以及美里和诗巫之间的转运量下跌，而这趋势预料将会持续。”

（吉隆坡15日訊）民都魯港口（BIPORT，5032，主要板貿服）頒發一項2193萬令吉的挖泥維修工程。

民都魯港口向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司Bintulu Port私人有限公司，把上述工程頒發給Integrated Marine Works私人有限公司，后者將在砂拉越民都魯港口提供挖泥維修工程。

根據報備文件，上述工程價值2193萬令吉（未涵蓋131萬令吉消費稅），合約期限為4個月。

当季净赚2922万9000令吉，逊于去年同期的3468万7000令吉。

营业额则微跌2%，至1亿3078万8000令吉，相较于去年同期的1亿3341万1000令吉。

累计首9个月，净利按年下挫19.43%，达8552万9000令吉；营业额则微滑1.8%，报3亿9632万4000令吉。

行家建议
民都鲁港口首9个月净利，仅占我们全年预测的60%，以及占市场预测的65%，归咎于营业额比预期来得疲弱。

我们削减今年股息的预测，从原本27.5仙，降低至24仙，假设股息派发率为93%。

（吉隆坡12日訊）民都魯港口（BIPORT，5032，主板貿服組）9個月業績成長表現不如預期，營業額以及淨利皆下跌，分析員紛紛下調其財測，不過該公司股價應該已經反映收費調整延後的影響。

股價反映收費調整延後影響

民都魯港口今年9個月的營業額小跌1.8%至3億9千630萬令吉，淨利下跌19.4%至8千550萬令吉。

該公司出現淨利下跌的原因是折舊和累計攤銷成本、人事成本以及實際稅率等費用增加。第三季淨利為2千920萬令吉，按季增40%，按年跌15.8%。

由於營運成本增加，肯納格研究調低2015至2016年的淨利預測0.2%至4.4%。

大馬研究銀行則認為該公司的營業額成長放緩，將該公司的賺幅預期大砍23至30%。

肯納格認為，液化天然氣（LNG）運載船及貨柜依然是該公司最大的收入來源，在沙馬拉祖（Samalaju）碼頭的完成會進一步支撐該項業務的發展，不過液化天然氣貨運在需求量低落的情形下，不會有太大的成長。

雖然沙馬拉祖碼頭近期的對公司整體業務貢獻不大，不過隨著2016年即將完成的第一期工程，公司整體的貨物吞吐量會增加。

在砂拉越再生能源走廊（SCORE）的計劃下，沙馬拉祖碼頭會是砂勞越的長期的經濟動力來源和催化劑。

大馬研究表示，業績沒有詳細列明天然氣與天然氣貨物的比重。不過，該公司表示在天然氣市場，貨柜以及木材需求的放緩下也會受到衝擊。雖然如此，該公司在干散貨以及棕油貨上依然有正面的成長。

同時，該公司建議的收費調整仍遙明朗，不太可能在明年初進行，這和之前預期相反。

民都魯港口建議調升非液化天氣貨物收費20至30%，並降低液化天然氣的收費。

該公司液化天然氣費用減少收費的情況下，沖銷了公司在非液化天然氣貨物的費用獲得漲價以及減免碼頭土地的租金的利好消息。

民都魯港口之前2022年到期的租約，獲得高達2億令吉的租金減免。同時該公司也獲得延長特許經營期限，從2022年延長至2052年。

根据文告，公司当季净赚4204万令吉或每股净利9.14仙，高于上财年同季的3711万令吉。

末季营业额报1亿5103万令吉，按年涨1.53%。

此外，民都鲁港口宣布每股派息6仙，除权日和享有权益日，分别落在5月11日和13日。

民都鲁港口颁布1480万令吉合约予HLG Equipment

（吉隆坡9日讯）民都鲁港口（Bintulu Port Holdings Bhd）颁布一项5台材料处理器的合约予HLG Equipment私人有限公司，合约价值为1478万令吉。

民都鲁港口今日向大马交易所报备，子公司Samalaju Industrial Port私人有限公司已在5月6日，发出一封中标通知书予HLG Equipment。

根据这家港口服务营运商，这份合约的内容包括负责为Samalaju Industrial Port的5台材料处理器进行设计、施工、供货、安装、测试与调试工作。

民都鲁港口表示，这份合约为期10个月，由接获动工通知当日算起。

与此同时，维修服务合约则为期24个月（在保修期内）。

民都鲁港口补充说，若对方未能履行合约的工作内容，将必须支付每台处理器每日成本价的0.0219%违约和赔偿金。

Bhd., Wisma Harbour, Parkcity Commerce Square, Jalan Tun Ahmad Zaidi, 97000 Bintulu, Sarawak for the above contract based inter alia on the following terms and conditions:- 1. SCOPE OF CONTRACT The Design, Construction, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Five (5) Units Material Handlers to Samalaju Industrial Port Sdn. Bhd. (SIPSB). 2. CONTRACT SUM The Contract Sum is for Ringgit Malaysia: Fourteen Million Seven Hundred Eighty Thousand and Five Hundred (RM14,780,500.00) only (excluding 6% Goods and Services Tax “GST”  and Custom Duties). 3. 民都鲁港口首季净利扬13%

（吉隆坡26日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服股）截至3月底首季，净利按年扬13.11%，从3548万5000令吉，增加至4013万7000令吉或每股净利8.73仙。

当季营业额报1亿4190万令吉，高于去年同季的1亿3364万5000令吉，涨幅达6.18%。

根据文告，公司首季业绩亮眼，归功于原棕油、干货、货柜和一般货物的营业额走高。

同时，沙马拉祖工业港口项目为建筑业务捎来的营业额，按年升1.31倍，录得1亿5038万令吉。

展望今年，民都鲁港口预期经济环境将持续充满挑战，但相信可维持业绩表现。

公司也估计，处理液化天然气船只与货物的业务，依然是最重要的营业额来源，而原棕油、货柜、散装化肥和矾土等其他货物，也会带来贡献。【南洋网财经】
