肯纳格投行联营公司．准提供在线经纪服务

（吉隆坡29日讯）肯纳格投行（KENANGA,6483,主板金融组）联营公司获大马证券监督委员会（SC）放行，允许提供在线股票经纪服务。

肯纳格投行发文告指出，与东京乐天证券株式会社（Rakuten）联营的乐天交易私人有限公司，成功获得证监会给予提供在线股票经纪服务平台执照。

去年3月，肯纳格投行与乐天缔结联盟，共同成立联营公司，乐天计划引进日本证券业务的100%网上股票经纪经营模式，为投资者提供新的网上交易体验。

乐天证券社长楠雄治表示，透过与肯纳格投行的合作，将能协助乐天拓展业务至大马市场。

派息2.25仙

此外，肯纳格投行在另一份文告中宣布，派发每股2.25仙的终期股息，除权日落在5月24日，享有日为5月26日。

首推线上股票交易应用程式

（吉隆坡18日讯）肯纳格（KENANGA，6483，主板金融股）与乐天（Rakuten ）合作，推出我国首个能够执行股票线上交易的应用程式“iSpeed.my”，并放眼3年内攫取20%至30%散户市占率。

肯纳格是透过旗下肯纳格投资银行，和乐天证券株式会社（Rakuten Securities），以50:50的股权，成立联营公司乐天交易（Rakuten Trade）私人有限公司。

手机用户普及率高

乐天交易董事经理新井党，今天在iSpeed.my推介礼后向记者披露，由于大马手机用户普及率甚高，加上该产品方便使用，相信可以吸引许多散户。

此外，他也预计乐天交易在3年内取得盈利。

根据合作协议，肯纳格和乐天将各自拨出50%的投资资金（1500万令吉），总投资金额达3000万令吉，主要用在资讯科技部门。此外，双方也在证券研究方面合作。

乐天证券株式会社总裁楠雄治表示：“在日本，90%投资者在线上进行股票交易，只有不到10%的投资者是面对面交易。”

李志亮：线上交易速增

“iSpeed.my”的推介礼，是由财政部副部长拿督李志亮主持，他在致辞时说：“政府鼓励投资者善用手机与互联网科技，以便提升经商便利。

“我们相信，这项合作将促进大马证劵交易市场，且预计线上证劵交易在4年内快速增长。”

乐天证券株式会社是日本著名的纯网上证券行，分销各类产品和服务，包括国内和海外股票与期货、信托基金、场外外汇交易、固定收入和商品，客户高达200万人。

此外，新井党也透露，乐天证券株式会社是全球最成功的电子商务及金融科技公司之一。

收入减少．子公司亏损．肯纳格投行首季少赚76%

（吉隆坡26日讯）受交易投资收入减少及子公司亏损影响，肯纳格投行（KENANGA,6483,主板金融组）截至2017年3月31日止第一季净利下滑75.77%至189万令吉。

第一季营业额上扬11.18%至1亿6913万3000令吉。

该公司在初步报告中说，在交易所成交量走高，成本进一步节省之下，对2017财政年表现进一步改善维持谨慎乐观看法。
