益資利金融取消資本回退？

愚公問：
本人是益資利金融（ECM，2143，主板金融組）的小股東，根據2012年8月份的報導，該公司主席卡立慕拉哈山在股東特大會時發表，將會脫售旗下投資銀行予肯納格控股（KENANGA，6483，主板金融組），小股東估計可獲每股68仙至69仙的資本回退。

該脫售計劃雖在接近2012年杪完成，但隔了數月，現已經是2013年2月份了，還未曾見益資利對外公佈有關公司的未來進展，及資本回退事宜。請問益資利是否可以不實行資本回退承諾？若小股東蒙損，無法再相信公司，馬股還值不值得投資？

答：
一般上，公司脫售資產並進行資本回退計劃，需大概半年時間來落實回退資本的承諾。根據大馬交易所，益資利金融在完成脫售核心業務投資銀行業務予肯納格控股後已被列為PN17公司，益資利也將自2月28日起暫停交易，直到完成資本回退計劃。該公司資本回退的支付日為3月14日，所以，你在下個月應該可以獲得相關資本回退。隨益資利金融已公佈了資本回退的支付細節，該公司不太可能不實行資本回退。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資問診室）
