巴都加湾第三季少赚46%

（吉隆坡15日讯）受吉隆坡甲洞业绩影响，控股公司巴都加湾（BKAWAN，1899，主板种植组）截至2017年6月30日第三季净利挫45.59%，至8077万9000令吉，首3季净利也滑落29.95%，至4亿4163万7000令吉。

首3季赚4.4亿

第三季营业额挂50亿1287万5000令吉，起23.98%；首3季则起32%，至162亿4673万令吉。

该公司董事部表示，种植业务盈利起11%至2亿3503万令吉，主要是鲜果串产量增加，原棕油及棕仁油售价走高之故。

制造业务盈利从1亿4059万令吉下滑至1921万令吉，归咎于油脂化学的原料走高及库存减值。化学业务盈利在销量走高及价格看俏，盈利从3723万令吉增加至4108万令吉。产业业务从513万令吉下降至246万令吉。

展望未来，董事部预期原棕油价格及鲜果串产量将提高，种植业务盈利有望取得更好的表现。

不过，董事部认为，油脂化学业务将面对库存减值和竞争加剧等问题，盈利可能减少。化学业务方面，氯碱（chlor-alkali）售价走高，可为公司带来更好的贡献，硫酸业务在重组后，亦可带来可观的盈利。

无论如何，整体而言，董事部预期该公司2017财政年可取得令人满意的盈利表现。

评级财测全面下修

持有吉隆坡甲洞46.57%股权的巴都加湾（BKAWAN，1899，主板种植组），因受到前者的拖累，加上较高的融资成本及税率，首9个月净利远低于BIMB研究预测。

2017年6月30日止首3季，巴都加湾净利滑落29.95%至4亿4163万7000令吉。

BIMB基于巴都加湾制造业务盈利走低，而决定下砍未来2年的盈利预测5%，调低至6亿6330万令吉及6亿8490万令吉，前期为6亿8940万令吉及7亿7620万令吉。

BIMB研究调低盈利预测后，也将目标价下修至20令吉39仙，评级则由“买进”降为“守住”。

（吉隆坡22日讯）峇都加湾（BKAWAN，1899，主板种植股）截至9月30日末季，净利跌25.5%，仅录得1万4500万9000令吉；但仍建议派息45仙。

末季营业额则涨13.7%，报53亿159万2000令吉。

累计全年，净利挫28.9%至5亿8664万6000令吉；营业额起27%，报215亿4832万2000令吉。

吉隆甲洞末季少赚35%

峇都加湾向交易所报备，末季营业额增长归功于种植和制造业务的贡献。税前盈利则扬升64%至4亿2260万令吉。

该公司预计，2018财年的净利表现会更好。

另一方面，峇都加湾子公司吉隆甲洞（KLK，2445，主板种植股）也公布业绩。虽然截至9月30日末季，净利跌35.4%至2亿4212万4000令吉；但仍建议派息35仙。

同期营业额涨13.7%，报51亿6378万2000令吉。

累计全年，净利萎缩36.9%至10亿513万令吉；营业额扬27.3%，报210亿403万6000令吉。

根据文告，当季税前盈利乃激增56.1%至3亿8080万令吉。

惟全年税前盈利挫15.3%至14.5亿令吉，归咎于去年的比较基础较高，因当时脱售种植地皮获得一笔4.893亿令吉的收益。【e南洋】

棕油价走软
峇都加湾首季少赚10%

（吉隆坡12日讯）峇都加湾（BKAWAN，1899，主板种植股）截至去年12月杪首季，净利按年减少9.94%，取得1亿7789万9000令吉或每股44.21仙。

峇都加湾今日向交易所报备，营业额达53亿4164万6000令吉，按年跌5.12%。

种植业务盈利仅达2亿7603万令吉，按年跌35.8%，这是因为原棕油和棕榈仁的平均售价疲弱。

此外，盈利也进一步受到较低原棕油销量、账面外汇亏损2970万令吉，及向银行贷款给印尼子公司影响。

产业发展业务盈利也大挫89%。

至于制造业务，盈利按年大涨231%至1亿7805万令吉；投资控股和其他业务，盈利大涨122.4%。

该公司预计，2018财年表现会令人满意。

吉隆甲洞净利跌11%

另一方面，峇都加湾子公司吉隆甲洞（KLK，2445，主板种植股）也同时公布业绩。

吉隆甲洞截至12月杪首季，净利按年减11.1%至3亿2062万7000令吉，或每股30.10仙；营业额按年跌5.52%至51亿9254万1000令吉。

种植业务、产业发展业务、投资控股和其他业务，盈利皆按年减少；制造业务则表现杰出，营业额年增8.1%。
