大众小股东变身小粉丝

大众银行每年一度股东常年大会，是小股东们“朝圣”的最佳时机，他们在大会结束后摇身变成小粉丝，涌上台前与创办人丹斯里郑鸿标握手表达谢意并献上祝福。

大众银行2012财年共派息50仙，未来将继续维持约50%的派息率政策，以保留更多资金用在公司营运发展上，并希望加强国内外市场，巩固大众银行作为大马三大银行集团之一的地位。

昨天。。 notionvtech 开会。。。。 novotel klcc... 出席股东不多。。。 但股东都很活跃问和交流。。。。

老板还请客。。 吃午餐。。 因为公司准备的不够好。。。

maybank 每一年都不一定。。。 可能会给KFCvoucher 罢了。。。。

（吉隆坡26日訊）甘達集團（KAMDAR，8672，主板貿服組）爆發董事局紛爭，持股權不少過10%的股東彼平燦德拉和高湯姆甘達，要求罷黜甘達集團現有董事，同時委任梅格阿都姆尼為董事。

根據文告，這兩名股東尋求在5月2日召開股東特別大會以罷黜數董事，包括董事經理卡瑪古瑪吉斯何贊達、拉傑斯古瑪、梁阿華（譯音）、祖格吉斯何西拉，及任何其他自3月15日委任的董事。（星洲日報／財經）
