因为这是一家小型的金融公司。。。PE最大不可以高过银行。。。10-15 左右罢我的目标价格。。。。 但长期。。会很好如果慢慢发展到别的地方和州属。。。

风险真的蛮高的。应该是大马股市唯一一个放贷公司吧？

筹发展营运资金 永联资源半年或再集资

（吉隆坡18日讯）今日上市马交所的永联资源有限公司（ELKDESA，5228，主板金融股）主席张福财指出，不排除半年后再筹资做发展和营运资金。

张福财今日出席上市仪式后说：“我们这次公开募股筹得的2600万令吉，主要作为营运资本，预计可以支撑往后3至6个月的营运成本。”

尽管如此，他并没有详细说明往后的筹资方式。

“我们也不知道未来会发生什么事情，但如果真的要筹资，我们会依据需求和考量成本。”

出席今日上市仪式的嘉宾包括了执行董事林敬真、董事经理张盛喜、董事张盛辉、独立董事谭伟雄、独立董事倪镜麟、独立董事涂智薇、独立董事黄锡全、独立董事龙莆锓及董事张盛家。

首宗交易溢价3仙

永联资源今日以1.19令吉报开，首宗交易溢价3仙或2.58%，首宗成交量录得290万股。

闭市时，永联资源收在1.17令吉，上1仙或0.86%，全日成交量为3231万5900股。

净利50%派息

林敬真针对股息政策表示，目前未有任何的派息政策，但董事部有意在截至2013年3月31日的财年、派发净利的50%予股东作为股息。

“我们有意派发最少50%的股息。”

根据1.16令吉的发售价以及上市后股本扩大至1亿2500万股，永联资源市值达1亿4500万令吉，净有形资产则为1亿5100万令吉或每股1.21令吉。

永联资源为商联帝沙种植分拆后的子公司，主要业务为汽车分期付款融资，通过永联资源资本私人有限公司在吉隆坡和巴生经营两家融资中心，并拥有普险业务和二手车销售业务。

这样可以大量买入吗 开市1.08买入30,000.00股 早盤一度下到1.05 收市1.07有点担心
