并购扩大规模 创合冀3年转主板

（吉隆坡15日讯）创合集团（PASUKGB，0177，创业板）计划通过并购扩大规模，同时改善公司获利，并放眼在3年内转至马交所主板交易。

该公司主席兼董事经理郑国强接受《星报》访问时说，近期已与多家公司商谈，并寻找合适且能创造协同效应的并购目标，预计可在未来5至6个月达至协议。

他指出，中期内计划通过筹资活动，为公司筹募并购资金。

该公司目前持有1661万令吉现金，短期债务达751万令吉，长期贷款为17.5万令吉。

创合集团因工程进度账款（Progress billing）入账缓慢，加上赚幅萎缩，导致该公司今年上半年蒙亏。

上半年时，创合集团净亏196万令吉，相较去年净赚111.3万令吉；该公司同期营业额报1906万令吉，相较去年同期的1833万令吉，按年增幅近4%。

他说，公司积极寻求更多订单，冀望公司可在2016年转亏为盈。

创合集团目前已取得6亿令吉订单，其中4.5亿令吉合约为建筑项目，其余则为工程业务合约。

明年底收支平衡

“这些建筑项目遍布全马，工程合约则为柔州治水与冷岳第二滤水站计划（Langat2）项目。”

目前，该公司未进账订单达7500万令吉，其中5000万令吉为建筑合约，2500万令吉则为工程合约。

他说，相关订单可让公司持续忙碌18个月，并看好公司可以在明年底达至收支平衡，并在2016年取得盈利。

沉寂一时的创合集团，自6月中起交投活动提升，价量齐扬，从6月18日起至上周五（闭市价34仙），累计涨幅达106%。

该股今日一度攀扬2至36仙，再次写下一年来新高；闭市时报34.5仙，扬0.05仙，成交量3668万200股。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡17日訊）創合集團（PASUKGB，0177，創業板貿服）獲頒4443萬令吉醫療旅游工程合約。

創合集團向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司Pasukhas私人有限公司（PSB），獲得Senja Aman發展私人有限公司（簡稱Senja Aman）頒發工程意向書（LOA），為醫療旅游綜合發展計劃議案，提供結構和外部工程，總值4443萬令吉。

根據報備文件，該公司將在11月20日展開是項工程，合約期限為12個月。該公司相信，上述合約將正面貢獻2015財年的盈利表現。

1. INTRODUCTION M&A Securities Sdn Bhd on behalf of the Board of Directors of PASUKHAS wishes to announce that the Company has on 11 March 2015 entered into the MOU with WNIPL (hereinafter referred to as “Parties”) with the intention to enter into mutual discussions relating to a proposed colloboration by PASUKHAS together with WNIPL to undertake a property development project in Greater Jakarta, Indonesia (hereinafter refer to as the “Proposal”). Pursuant to the MOU, PASUKHAS and WNIPL have jointly agreed to commence discussion and negotiatiations exclusively in good faith the detailed on the structures and terms of the Proposal with the intention to finalise and enter into the relevant definitive agreements within three (3) months from the date of the MOU or such other longer period as the parties may mutually agree upon (“Exclusivity Period”). 2. INFORMATION ON WNIPL WNIPL is a private limited exempt company incorporated in Republic of Singapore and having its registered address at 512, Chai Chee Lane, #05-01 Singapore. WINPL is primarily an investment holding company. WNIPL has issued and paid-up capital of SGD100,002.00 comprising 100,002 ordinary shares.
