On 27 November 2019, the Board of Directors of Widad (“Board”) had announced that the Company had entered into a Heads of Agreement (“HOA”) with Menang Development (M) Sdn Bhd (“MDSB”), Menang Industries (M) Sdn Bhd (“MISB”) and Tentu Selesa Sdn Bhd (“TSSB”) (collectively referred to as the “Vendors”) to acquire 69,300,100 ordinary shares of Inovatif Mewah Sdn Bhd (“IMSB”) (“Sale Shares”) representing 100% equity interest in IMSB. On 26 March 2020, the Board had announced that Widad and the Vendors have mutually agreed to extend the HOA by a further 90 days to 24 June 2020. On behalf of the Board, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad (“MIDF Investment”) wishes to announce that Innovative City Holdings Sdn Bhd (“ICHSB” or “Purchaser”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Widad Concession Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Widad, had, on 24 June 2020 entered into a conditional share sale agreement with the Vendors for the proposed acquisition of the Sale Shares, representing 100% equity interest in IMSB, for a purchase consideration of RM122.00 million to be fully satisfied in cash (“Purchase Consideration”) (“SSA”). Further details of the Proposed Acquisition are set out in the enclosed attachment. This announcement is dated 25 June 2020.

1. INTRODUCTION The Company is pleased to announce that Jabatan Laut Malaysia has on 1 December 2020 awarded the tender for the proposed project “Perkhidmatan Pengurusan Dan Penyelenggaraan Facility Di Terminal Dan Jeti Penumpang Kuala Perlis (Perlis), Kuala Kedah (Kedah), Dan Kuah (Langkawi, Kedah) Bagi Tempoh (5) Tahun” (“Project”) to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Widad Builders Sdn. Bhd (“WBSB”) and was duly accepted by WBSB on 3 December 2020. WBSB is principally involved in construction and integrated facilities management activities. 2. VALUE AND DURATION OF THE CONTRACT   The total contract value of the Project shall be based on a sum value of RM21,381,337.75 only and the contract period shall be 60 months commencing from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2025. 3. FINANCIAL EFFECTS The Project will not have any impact on the issued share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of Widad. However, it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Widad and its subsidiaries (“Widad Group” or the “Group”) over the duration of the Project. The Project is expected to be funded via internally generated funds and/or external borrowings. 4. RISK FACTORS There are no foreseeable significant risks other than operational risk associated with the Project during the project period. 5. APPROVAL REQUIRED The Project, being part of the ordinary course of business of Widad Group, is not subject to the approval of shareholders of Widad or any relevant authorities. 6. 1.  INTRODUCTION The Company is pleased to announce that Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia has on 8 October 2021 approved the revision of contract value for the project “Menaiktaraf Jalan Pelabuhan Utara Dari Klang Container Terminal (KCT) ke Northport, Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor” (“Project”) to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Widad Builders Sdn. Bhd (“WBSB”) and was duly accepted by WBSB on 5 November 2021.      WBSB is principally involved in construction and integrated facilities management activities. 2.
