最新进展:

白马控股（WTHORSE，5009，主板工业产品股）是全马最大的瓷砖制造商，在大马和越南厂房的产能结合一共达每年4000万平方米。

另外，为紧贴市场需求，公司每年都会定期升级和维修机械。自2014年起，白马控股的每年资本支出介于2500万至5000万令吉之间，而维修开销则每年可达1000万至1500万令吉左右。

在过去10年内，白马控股的派息都相当稳定，维持在每年派发10仙的股息。

行家建议:

虽然白马控股是国内最大的瓷砖商，但我们谨慎看待公司的前景，因房市低迷将压抑瓷砖的需求。

另外，天然气涨价和劳动成本走高也会对公司造成影响。

明年起，天然气价格将起21.2%，而我们预计生产成本（每平方米/能源）将增4%。

目前，我国最低薪资是1000令吉。最低薪资每提升10%，都会对净利直接造成80万令吉损失。

另一方面，由于暂时没有大型产能扩充计划，因此我们预计白马控股今明两年的资本开销都会在每年约2500万令吉。

我们开始追踪白马控股，给予“跟随大市”的投资评级，和1.90令吉的目标价。

公司应可在2017至2018年间维持10仙派息，或相等于5.2%高周息率。
