The Board of Directors of Halex has recommended the payment of first and final single tier dividend of 5% (RM 0.025) per Halex Ordinary Share of RM 0.50 each amounting to RM 2,500,000.00 for the year ended 30 September 2013 subject to the shareholders approval at the forthcoming Twenty Third Annual General Meeting to be convened. The entitlement date and date of payment of the above dividend have yet to be finalised and a further announcement will be made at a later date upon finalisation of the entitlement date and the day of payment of the above dividend. （吉隆坡19日讯）合力控股（HALEX，5151，主板工业股）独资子公司--合力地產私人有限公司，与Bestempir有限公司签署合作意向书（HOA），计划收购在Kensington发展私人有限公司的部份股权，作为其策略性投资。       

Kensington是一家从事產业发展业务的公司。

（吉隆坡8日讯）彭博数据显示，合力控股有限公司（HALEX，5151，工业产品组）一批739万股股票，或占7.39%股权于周二下午透过场外交易转手。

这批股票是以每股1令吉成交，比合力控股同时期（下午3时41分）股价94仙溢价了6.4%。

从事农业化学与肥料生产的合力控股，尚未公布其最新场外交易的任何细节。

不过，在2014年4月杪，合力控股已在一项场外交易后，引入一名新大股东。

在上述联姻交易下，Olive Park发展私人有限公司购进了1370万股，或13.7%合力控股股份。

助子公司并购 合力控股拟私配筹800万

（吉隆坡4日讯）合力控股（HALEX，5151，主板工业产品股）建议私下配售发行与缴足资本的10%，预计可筹集高达800万令吉。

根据文告，筹资所得将用作收购、削减银行贷款，营运资本、翻新现有以及新办事处。

其中约500万令吉，将助独资子公司合力实业收购Kensington发展25%，收购价为2200万令吉。

合力控股计划把新股私下配售给第三方投资者，并将在稍后确定后者身份与发售价，预计在次季完成。

该公司发行与缴足资本达5000万令吉，每股面值50仙。

假设发售价为每股80仙，较截至本月8日的每股83.69仙5天加权均价，折价4.41%。【南洋网财经】
