必胜第三季净利扬15%

（吉隆坡28日讯）必胜（SPRITZER，7103，主板消费产品股）截至2月29日财年第三季，净利按年增长14.76%，达619万令吉，或每股净利4.21仙。

上财年同季，公司净赚539万4000令吉，或每股3.88仙。

此外，公司营业额从6171万2000令吉，按年攀升13.92%，达7030万3000令吉，主要是因为瓶装水产品和包装材料的销量增加。

在首九个月，公司净赚2089万3000令吉，或每股净利14.37仙，按年提高34.56%；营业额则扩大11.35%，达2亿258万令吉。

林胜利任总执行长

公司也宣布委任林胜利为集团总执行长，即日生效。

根据文告，他是董事经理拿督林国汶的儿子，也是主席拿督拿督林国璋的侄子。

林胜利在2003年加入必胜，担任销售执行员，之后不断升级，在2011年当上集团总经理，负责监督和确保所有营运活动跟着公司的政策和目标进行。

之后，他去年10月15日进入董事部，并担任执行董事。

另一方面，董事部也批准更换财年截止日，从5月31日，更改至12月31日。

因此，接下来的财务审计报告，将从今年6月1日开始，直到12月31日，共包含7个月。【南洋网财经】

必胜擬攻中国瓶装水高端市场

（吉隆坡6日讯）必胜（SPRITZER，7103，主板消费股）2016財政年首3季业绩表现符合预期，在维持国內的领导地位同时，该公司也计划进军中国市场。

必胜在4月底公佈其截至2月29日止的首9个月业绩，净利达2089万令吉，符合MIDF研究分析员的预期。

这主要是因为销售按年成长11%，至2亿零260万令吉，以及更好的经济体规模所致。

「该公司將良好的净利表现，归功于瓶装水產品和包装材料销售增加。而这期间的平均销售价格也有所改善。」

单季而言，该公司的净利按年成长14.84%，至619万令吉，营业额则成长7.13%，至7030万令吉。

虽然如此，分析员指出，由於原料成本提高，加上，公司开发新市场及推出新產品，导致销售和分销成本也隨之高涨，导致第3季税前净利跌4%，至730万令吉。

国內市场老大

而令吉疲弱也是成本上涨的原因之一，必胜购买PET树脂，是以美元计算。

另外，分析员在报告中指出，必胜管理层表示有意进军中国市场。

该公司是国內瓶装水的领导者，市佔率高达40%。而其出口销售佔营业额少於10%，该公司希望可提高这个部份的贡献。

管理层透露，计划通过广州进入中国市场，专注于瓶装矿泉水的高端市场。但该公司也表示，仍需要投资于市场营销。

分析员未给予该股投资评级，但基于2017財政年21.04仙的每股盈利预测，而將其目標价从2.41令吉，上修至2.53令吉【东方网财经】

（吉隆坡28日讯）必胜（Spritzer Bhd）截至5月秒的2016财政年第四季净利持平于756万令吉，相比上财年同期的728万令吉。

该集团指出，这是由于输入、销售和分销成本因市场开拓、产品推介，以及在中国的广告与促销而走高。

末季营业额则扬19.39%至8564万令吉，同期为7173万令吉。

该集团建议派发每股5.5仙的首个和终期股息。

2016财年的净利从2281万令吉，增24.77%至2846万令吉；营业额达2亿8823万令吉，较同期的2亿5367万令吉升13.62%。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，季度营业额增长主要来自瓶装水和包装材料的销量双双提高；厄尔尼诺现象导致高温天气刺激瓶装水的需求。

尽管当前经济逆风和具挑战，该集团管理层依然谨慎乐观，瓶装水的需求将保持稳定。

“我们深知宏观经济的不利因素，如经济增长放缓、原产品价格走低，以及令吉走贬将打压消费者情绪和消费。但我们仍有信心，瓶装水产品需求将企稳。”

“董事部预计，公司截至今年12月31日财政年将交出满意表现。”

该集团将财年末从截至5月31日改至12月31日。因此，下个会计年将从今年6月1日起至12月31日，为期7个月。

全年净利符预期‧必胜中国业务振营收

（吉隆坡1日讯）必胜（SPRITZER，7103，主板消费品组）全年净利上涨25%至2850万令吉，表现符合预期，MIDF研究虽维持财测不变，但看好该公司进军中国的努力正慢慢显现成果。

MIDF研究指出，必胜全年净利报涨主要归功于瓶装水和包装材料业务销售双双走高，刺激营业额成长13.6%，制造和贸易业务均成长。

“第四季营业额则按年跳高19.4%，惟同期税前盈利未同步增长，反挫2.3%，原因是受原料和销售成本上涨影响。”

该行补充，必胜进军中国的努力为业绩带来正面影响，使贸易业务营业额成长11%，该公司计划以广州作为进军中国的据点，目标是从事高级瓶装水业务。

整体而言，必胜出口销售占总营业额比例仍低于10%，本地市场仍是主要销售核心，该公司在本地瓶装水市场市占率超过40%。

MIDF研究维持必胜目标价在2令吉53仙，相当于2017年预估12倍本益比，但没有给予评级。

斥1000万在中行销．必胜海外扩张长期看俏

（吉隆坡4日讯）必胜（SPRITZER，7103，主板消费品组）除积极拓展大马市占率外，未来两年有意耗资1000万令吉在中国展开行销活动，以打造高档矿泉水品牌，分析员继续看好该公司海外扩张计划及长期发展前景。

MIDF会晤管理层后得知，该公司计划在未来3年内设立具自动货架系统（racking system）的仓库，以应付市场的需求。该公司将会透过内部资金及部份借贷以融资此自动化仓库。

目前，必胜在沙亚南及柔佛各有3条生产线，而霹雳则有9条生产线。霹雳其中3条产线为预制（pre-form）产线，该工厂最多可储存至35万箱矿泉水。

MIDF补充，该公司15条产线的使用率介于70%至75%，每年可生产6亿公升食水。

该公司在大马的市占率为40%，未来成长动力主要来自市占率的扩大及出口。管理层说，公司将会物色嬷嬷档与咖啡店作为分销中心。海外业务占营业额的7%。出口国家包括新加坡、香港、台湾、巴布新几内亚、汶莱及中国。

在中打造高档矿泉水品牌

该公司将在中国打造高档矿泉水品牌，因为中国消费者愿意付更高价格购买外国饮食品牌。

400毫升的瓶装水，售价介于5元至6元人民币（约3令吉零8仙至3令吉70仙）。

截至5月31日，该公司第四季贸易营业额取得11%成长，主要是来自中国市场，显示其扩张海外市场带来正面成绩。

综合上述看法，MIDF正面看待市场需求及该公司长远发展前景，加上其业务可创造强劲现金流，保持合理目标价为2令吉53仙，本益比为12倍，不过没有给予任何评级。

開拓國際市場 必勝打進中國大展拳腳

（太平26日訊）創業歷史27年的必勝（SPRITZER ，7103，主要板 消費）于今年4月間，成功打入中國市場，更立志把公司品牌及產品進一步擴展至國際市場。

必勝總執行長林勝利今日在公司年度股東大會后，如是指出。

他說，中國是公司擴展海外市場的重要目標，儘管業績取得初步成果，但欲取得穩定及亮麗業績，公司發展路途依然長遠，尚需努力。

他分析，這是因為公司品牌雖已在我國打響，但在中國市場仍屬新產品，無論開拓或策略等，一切必須重新來過，加上也面對中國本身產品及海外品牌的激烈競爭。

他說，中國市場雖是嚴峻考驗，但憑著擁有多年豐富經驗，加上生產系統具備全球環保概念的水平，公司有信心可排除萬難。

“目前，公司在霹靂太平、吉隆坡及柔佛皆設有生產線，各廠皆採用現代化機械操作，每年可達到6億公升目標，應付市場需求，其中90%來自國內市場。”

本地市佔率40%

林勝利另提到，政府擬定的最低薪金制，雖提高公司成本，但公司將繼續精益求精，力求產品更好，贏得顧客信心。

他也說，目前在國內的瓶裝水市場，必勝已佔40%份額，並深信此數據有望持續上升。

他也說，公司也經常通過瓶裝水的標籤，進行宣傳國內各地著名旅遊勝地，公司打造的必勝生態公園也免費讓公眾進行休閒活動。

今日股東大會由必勝董事主席拿督林國璋主持，其他列席者尚有董事經理拿督林國汶、董事林星、卓運發、蔡昭宗博士、拿督尼莫哈末比納工程師、拿督莫哈末阿漢、關健龍及集團財務管理蘇應昌等。

三個月淨賺667萬

必勝週三向馬證交所報備，2016財年6月1日至8月底淨賺667萬4000令吉，營業額為7859萬3000令吉。

配合該公司將財年截止日從5月底，更改至12月底，故無按年比較數據。

該公司指出，收入主要因為瓶裝水產品和包裝材料的銷量帶動。

展望前景，必勝認為，在政府削減多項補貼和令吉貶值，加重經商成本的情況下，賺幅將受壓。再者，宏觀經濟放緩，也將對消費意願造成影響。

推出新产品应对市场低迷
必胜放眼销量双数增长

（吉隆坡24日讯）必胜（SPRITZER，7103，主板消费产品股）放眼今年销量获得双位数增长。

据《星报》报道，董事经理拿督林国汶称，尽管市场低迷，该公司会推出新产品，以达至销量增长目标。

“市场消费情绪疲软，公司的销售增长也有减缓迹象，但我们有信心今年能够获得双位数的增幅。”

太平建自动化仓库

“为了达至我们的销售目标，且提升瓶装水产品市占率，我们将会在近期推出新的饮水产品。”

另一方面，林国汶透露，该公司计划在太平厂房新建自动化仓库，以应对较高的产量和销量。

该仓库规模和成本，将会在本财年第二季决定。必胜打算在今年，耗资2500万令吉来维修和提升旗下设备。

林国汶也补充，年产量达6亿5000万公升水产品的必胜，目前没有任何大型的业务扩展计划，但已开始探索英国市场。

在国内市场，巴生谷区域是必胜最大的销售市场，而旗下国外市场包括新加坡、汶莱、台湾、中国、香港和巴布亚新几内亚。【e南洋】
