（吉隆坡17日訊）民都魯港口（BIPORT，5032，主要板貿易）子公司頒出總值3.1億令吉的合約給承包商，以展開首階段沙拉馬祖港口發展計劃。

民都魯港口向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司沙拉馬祖工業港私人有限公司已致函承包商，以建造並完成沙拉馬祖港口發展計劃的首階段碼頭和相關工程配套。

這項合約總值逾3億1111萬令吉，工程為期27個月。

民都魯港口成長可期

（吉隆坡18日訊）民都魯港口（BIPORT，5032，主板貿服組）將3億1千111萬4千零52令吉的港口建築工程頒給升陽船務（SYSCORP，5173，主板貿服組）與中國港灣集團所組財團。

分析
分析員認為，合約頒出反映出港口工程進展符合預期，長期而言可望成為民都魯港口的主要成長引擎。

肯納格研究假設合約期限是27個月，平均每月合約約1千150萬令吉，符合他們2013財政年3億令吉資本開銷的預測。

該行指出，新港口將以處理煤炭、錳、礬土等，藉此多元化該公司目前以貨柜居多的業務。

管理層表示，短期內新港口的貢獻並不顯著，可能從2016年起初步處理490萬公噸的數量。

目前，僅有2家公司落戶新港口，預期明年開始會有更多公司進駐。

分析員說，新港口的第一期工程料在2016年第二季竣工，相信可在投運後開始為該公司貢獻收益，至於達到收支平衡，則需要超過一年。雖然分析員看好新港口的長期展望，但在獲得更多詳情前，他們暫時無意將新港口貢獻納進評估。

（吉隆坡28日訊）民都魯港口（BIPORT，5032，主要板貿易）上財年截至12月底末季，營業額按年微揚0.7%至1億3700萬令吉，淨利漲66%至5373萬令吉，公司建議每股派息7.5仙。

該公司上財年營業額按年增5%至5億2978萬令吉，淨利上揚8%至1億5795萬令吉，全年股息達22.5仙。

民都魯港口指出，公司末季港口服務收入達1億2701萬令吉，透過管理液化天然氣（LNG）船隻和貨物船隻業務，為公司貢獻9597萬令吉收入，佔70%以上。

該公司建議派發7.5仙終期股息，派發資金高達3450萬令吉。【中国报财经】

民都魯港口次季淨利增26%

（吉隆坡26日訊）港口業務走強，民都魯港口（BIPORT,5032,主板貿服組）截至6月30日的第二季淨利增加了26.36%，從2千409萬令吉增加至3千零44萬零吉。

該公司的上半年淨利也從6千零48萬8千令吉增加至7千147萬7千令吉，成長了18.16%。

民都魯港口第二季營業額也成長了12.72%，至1億3千903萬4千令吉，帶動上半年的營業額成長了3.80%，達2億7千零9萬3千令吉。

派息6仙
除權日9月11日

董事部建議派發每股6仙股息，除權日為9月11日，享有日為9月15日。

沙马拉祖最后工程配套 民都鲁港口明年初招标

（吉隆坡8日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服股）将会在未来数月，公开招标沙马拉祖（Samalaju）港口发展项目的最后一项有关供应码头卸货设备工程配套。

该集团总执行长拿督密欧尔阿末表示，预计会在明年初公开招标该项工程配套。

“这项最后的工程配套，涉及提供1架风力抽吸机（pneumatic suction loader）及3架平伸式起重机。集团已拨出大约7000万令吉，收购这些设备。”

他表示，根据至今已颁发的7项工程配套，合约总值在集团原定发展新港口的18亿令吉预算之内。

2016年次季竣工

总值1.94亿令吉的临时港口，在6个月前完成及开始营运，同时，独资子公司沙马拉祖工业港口私人有限公司，计划在2014和2015年处理100万至300万吨的货物。

其他工作配套包括填海工程（4.37亿令吉）、防浪堤（3.06亿令吉）、码头（3.111亿令吉），以及电力工程和助航系统（4753万令吉）。

他表示，部分工程落后进度接近2个月，但会加快速度完成。

“至今，整项工程进度已超过40%。我们仍预计新港口会在2016年次季完成。”

同时，集团设定在工程完成的第一年内处理600万吨货物的目标。

长期前景看俏

肯纳格研究分析员实地考察后，对民都鲁港口的长期前景感到放心，因该公司将拨出庞大的资本开销在沙马拉祖港口首期项目上。

市场对该港口的服务需求殷切，主要由工业园的工业投资者所主导，推高货物处理服务。

“长期而言，沙马拉祖港口可为公司提供稳健的现金流，同时多元化货物组合，因民都鲁港口目前的LNG业务仍吃重。”

该分析员维持“超越大市”的投资评级，目标价格为8.08令吉。

拟提高非LNG货物运费

民都鲁港口即将与国油达成协议，降低液化天然气（LNG）货物的运费。

这将显著减少LNG货物的营业额，直接影响净利，因LNG依旧是营业额最大单一贡献者，首6个月共占67%比重。

为了减轻LNG营业额贡献滑落的影响，管理层已建议提高非LNG货物的运费，并获有关当局首肯，降低码头租金。

大马研究分析员预计，2014财年的净利增长将持平，沙马拉祖港口的启用成本或造成影响。

（吉隆坡27日訊）由於主要受到液化天然氣貨運業務營收減少影響，民都魯港口（BIPORT,5032,主板貿服組）截至2014年9月30日為止，第三季淨利下跌20.67%至3千468萬7千令吉，比較前期淨利為4千372萬9千令吉。

惟該公司首9個月淨利則微揚1.86%，至1億零615萬8千令吉，比較前期淨利為1億零421萬7千令吉。

該公司第三季營業額為1億3千341萬1千令吉，比前期的1億3千256萬6千令吉，微增0.63%。首9個月營業額為4億零350萬4千令吉，前期為3億9千277萬4千令吉，增加2.73%。

派息6仙

該公司建議派發每股6仙股息。

該公司發文告指出，今年最主要收益來源，將仍是處理液化天燃氣船只及貨運領域。而散裝貨運營運也對公司收益作出正面盈利貢獻，其餘貢獻領域也包括鋁制產品、工程貨柜、及原棕油等貨運。

第三季資本開銷增加至9千390萬令吉，比較前期為8千675萬令吉，主要供人力開支、設施及無形資產折舊等領域。

全年净利跌9% 民都鲁港口派息9仙

（吉隆坡16日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服股）开销增加，影响末季和全年净利，但仍建议以每股6仙终期股息和3仙特别股息，回馈股东。

民都鲁港口去年末季净利为3711万令吉，低于前年同期的5349万令吉，跌幅为30.6%。

公司末季营业额，从前年1亿3700万令吉，扬升8.6%，去年报1亿4876万令吉。

该公司全年净利滑落9.15%，至1亿4327万令吉；营业额则按年上升4.24%，至5亿5227万令吉。【南洋网财经】

末季业绩逊色 民都鲁港口缺催化剂

（吉隆坡17日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服股）第四季业绩逊色，加上加上国油（Petronas）液化天然气的产能疲软，分析员因而认为该公司缺乏催化剂。
截至2014年第4季，虽然民都鲁港口的营业额和税前盈利按年扬9%和4%，但缺少税务优惠、高企的税务开销与支出，拖累净利按年锐减31%。

合计2014财年，散装货运服务和液化天然气相关业务的贡献提高，带动营业额按年扬4%，而管理费用减少和营业收入增加，税前盈利也按年增长2%。

但实际税率税务在2014年从9.6%，走高至25.7%，高企的税务开销拖累公司全年净利按年挫9%。

联昌国际投行研究指出，去年的液化天然气船只停泊量下滑3.7%至471艘，加上国油液化天然气的产能疲软，预料民都鲁港口今年货物吞吐量和LNG船只的增长将放缓。

全年派息率高预期

分析员认为2015年缺乏催化剂，虽然国油将在2016年完成的第九液化天然气列车，有望舒缓产能短缺的忧虑。

但沙马拉祖港口的初始营运开销高企，同时集装箱和散装业务的赚幅走低，最初数年的营运可能会面临亏损，因此建议投资者“减持”。

大马研究则指出，虽然液化天然气营业额挫0.9%，但非液化天然气货物和散装货运服务的营业额分别增长16.3%和13.4%。

同时，民都鲁港口2014全年派发的股息高于分析员预期，公司在去年末季宣布派发6仙的单层终期股息和3仙的特别股息，全年共派息27仙，派息率达86.7%。

分析员相信，公司已反映出中期的增长前景，同时看好约4%的周息率，因此给予“守住”评级。【南洋网财经】

政府延长特许经营权 民都鲁港口续约至2052年

（古晋6日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服股）获得政府首肯，延长民都鲁港口的特许经营权至2052年。

根据《星报》引述民都鲁港口主席丹斯里阿里谈话称，延长民都鲁港口特许经营权的协议，已获得相关单位的批准。

“公司未来将逐步减少对液化天然气（LNG）业务的依赖，并在5年内，进行相关的码头业务转换计划。”

随着国家石油公司（Petronas）最新的LNG输送将在今年完成，预料年产量可从目前的2570万公吨，在2016年初增加至2930万公吨。

减少LNG依赖

阿里表示，虽然LNG输送仍是民都鲁港口最主要的业务，公司未来数年将致力发展非LNG货物输送业务，避免过度依赖LNG业务。

“我们将专注发展集装箱、干货散装和原棕油等货物，将对LNG输送的依赖减少至60%。”

另外，沙马拉祖港口的首阶段工程进展顺利，预计在2016年第3季完成。

该港口每年能够处理高达400万公吨的货物，为领域提供小型船只输送原料的便利。

公司自1993年，取得民都鲁港口的经营权，并成为东南亚最具备效率和盈利能力的港口，在过去30年，港口的增长非常可观，去年的货物吞吐量报4540万公吨，处理了27万495个20英尺的货物，并有8478艘船只停泊靠岸。【南洋网财经】

民都鲁港口吞吐量增3.6%

（古晋30日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服股）去年的货物吞吐量达453亿9500万吨，相比前年的438亿500万吨，增长3.63%。

民都鲁港口主席丹斯里阿里韩沙指出，在453亿9500万吨的货物吞吐量当中，254亿8700万吨为液化天然气（LNG），其余1990万800吨是非液化天然气。

至于货柜吞吐量，去年则达27万495个标准箱（TEUs），比前年的25万353个标准箱，增加8.05%。

此外，去年停靠在港口的船只，从前年的8239艘，增长2.9%至8478艘。

阿里韩沙日前出席集团常年股东大会后，如是指出。

他说，随着该港口的租约获得延长30年，即从2023年至2052年，该公司能够继续扩展计划以迎合未来需求。

“发展计划包括于2018年，将普通货运码头装修成货箱码头的工程，耗资2.1亿令吉，预计可将每年处理货柜的能力，从现有的44万8000个标准箱，增加至80万个。”

他续说，供1万载重吨（DWT）小型油槽船停泊的第3个码头建筑项目，预计将于今年6月竣工，整个工程耗资约1000万令吉。【南洋网财经】
