峇都加湾首季赚1 . 3 亿 吉隆甲洞净利年滑24%

（吉隆坡20日讯）峇都加湾（BKawan，1899，主板种植股）在截至2012年12月31日止首季，净赚1亿3889万3000令吉，比上财年同期的1亿6818万5000令吉，按年下跌17.42%。

同季营业额则按年上扬7.14%，至9029万7000令吉，上财年同期则报8428万1000令吉。

同时，该公司在现财年首季的每股盈利为33.39仙。

该公司指出，除了投资控股业务外，旗下所有业务营业额报捷，是推高现财年首季营业额增长的关键因素。

惟种植联号公司吉隆甲洞（KLK，2445，主板种植股）的盈利贡献减少，导致峇都加湾的净利萎缩。

截至去年12月杪首季，吉隆甲洞的净利按年滑落23.48%，至2亿6091万9000令吉，上财年同期为3亿4098万5000令吉。

首季营业额则报23亿2095万7000令吉，比上财年同期的29亿2317万7000令吉，按年下滑20.60%。

另外，该公司在现财年首季的每股盈利为24.50仙。

峇都加湾表示，基于吉隆甲洞的盈利将受到全球经济欠稳以及原产品价格疲弱的冲击，所以其截至今年9月30日止财年的盈利应该会下跌。

油脂化学竞争加剧

吉隆甲洞补充称：“随着全球的油脂化学产量增加，导致竞争日益加剧，但我们预计油脂化学业务可在现财年余下季度维持现有表现。”

另外，吉隆甲洞在双溪毛糯发展的斯里煤炭田镇（Bandar Seri Coalfields）项目，将会获得更多的发展盈利，相信可持续改善产业业务的盈利贡献。[南洋商报财经]

（吉隆坡6日訊）獲證券監督委員會批准，峇都加灣（BKAWAN，1899，主要板種植）將發行總值5億令吉的中期伊債計劃。

峇都加灣今日向馬證交所報備指出，該項伊債計劃長達10年，將透過聯昌投資銀行及馬銀行投資銀行所發行。

“透過伊債計劃所籌得的資金，將用作公司一切符合伊斯蘭教教義的投資資金、資本支出、及營運資本等。”

展望未來，大馬評估機構咨詢服務給予該項伊債計劃“AA1”評級，評級展望定為“穩定”。

BKB wishes to announce that the Company proposes to implement a Sukuk Programme and has mandated CIMB Investment Bank Berhad and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad as, amongst others, the Joint Principal Advisers, Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Lead Managers for the Sukuk Programme. In relation to the above, the Company is pleased to announce that the Securities Commission Malaysia, had through its letter dated 3 May 2013 approved the establishment of the Sukuk Programme and issuance of Sukuk thereafter. The Sukuk to be issued from the Sukuk Programme shall be based on the Shariah principle of Musharakah. 峇都加湾发5亿回债

（吉隆坡6日讯）峇都加湾（BKawan，1899，主板种植股）宣布，今日完成发行总值5亿令吉的Musharakah（合资经营）回教债券。

这批回教债券在该公司的回教中期票据计划下，将在2023年6月6日到期，殖利率则为每年4.05%，需以现金赎回。

该公司表示，所筹措的资金将用做旗下公司符合回教教义的投资活动、营运及资本开销需求，以及营运资本。
