（吉隆坡28日讯）东家（Eastern & Oriental Bhd）计划在现财年（2020财年）脱售价值3亿令吉的产业库存。

高级总经理饶修全出席股东常年大会后告诉记者，集团打算脱售价值3亿令吉的产业，主要是槟城斯里丹绒槟榔（Seri Tanjung Pinang，简称STP）的发展项目。

他说：“The Peak和The Conlay新项目将推动我们的未入账销售，因为我们过去三年的策略不是推出新项目，而是关注我们现有的库存。”

截至今年3月31日，未入账销售为6130万令吉，94%来自槟城项目，其余来自巴生谷项目。

截至2019财年，该集团的产业库存水平降至2亿1500万令吉（按成本计算）。

饶修全补充说，其槟城东家酒店（Eastern & Oriental Hotel）入住率超过80%，而吉隆坡E&O Residences的平均入住率则超过70%。

他透露，该集团将在截至2020年3月杪财年（2020财年）拨出4000万令吉翻新东家酒店。

该集团将于今年第四季推出The Conlay。

同时，The Peak将于2020年初面市。

关于Straits Quay购物广场的潜在销售，董事经理郭德祥表示，目前不是出售购物广场的最佳时机，因为集团无法获得合适的价值。

他说：“我们将继续管理，看看市场的变化。当然，如果（有人献购购物广场），一个很有吸引力的报价，我们将会探讨。”

对于STP项目第二期工程首个部分（STP2A）的填土工程，该集团希望在年底将场地移交给槟城政府—完成STP 99%工程及100%完成Gurney Wharf填海工程。

郭德祥补充说，东家无意竞标Tan Sri Tajudin Ramli的Tanjung Rhu度假村及浮罗交怡地皮，因为集团要专注于STP项目。

On behalf of the Board of Directors of E&O ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOBKH") is pleased to announce that BRSB, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of E&O, had on 29 October 2021 entered into a conditional share sale agreement ("SSA") with Yayasan Bumiputra Pulau Pinang Bhd ("Vendor") for the acquisition by BRSB ("Purchaser") of the remaining 10% equity interest in PRSB for a purchase consideration of RM13,796,643.06 which will be satisfied via a combination of cash payment amounting to RM413,899.29 and the issuance of 19,796,958 new E&O Shares ("Consideration Share(s)") at the issue price of RM0.676 per Consideration Share ("Issue Price").
