some insider told me this--the selling is going through this month......target price upward even above 1.50.......... today annoucement is meant to shock away all the speculators playing T+3, many insider sapu stocks today at 0.98, so how?? |

this friend of mine is buddy since high school. he told me now rumors all over place. many people at top has bought a lot around 0.78-.0.98..some sapu millions of share already. They all seems very confident it will be sold at high prices..... |

Looking at the current market news and all the annoucements made, seems like MAA is selling soon.
Today it close higher to RM1.20 another day up from RM0.78 in just a week time. The volume is really shocking, up and up and up......
Mostly speculators, but insider seems to know the target price might be higher, seeing today volume, someone is buying all into RM1.20 just right before closing. So, tomorrow may be another day up for MAA.
"An industry source" said the deal does not include MAAH's Islamic insurance unit, MAA Takaful Bhd. However, it is learnt that both parties may talk about the takaful business once the latest deal is concluded. Who is the industry source? Again, no explanation...............
As we know, MAA previously has problem paying their bond interest...once the largest locally-owned insurer, is forced to sell itsinsurance business after reeling from solvency issues and inadequate capital reserve.It has until August 2011 to raise money to meet BNM's ruling on risk-based capital framework, this means it must sell before August!!! which is another 4 months to go....so the selling is really true now.... |

就算是被收购。。它的价钱会是多少才重要？帐面价值九毛多。负债70%上。。还有三千多个雇员。。买这公司的人，算盘特别的厉害 。。。现在1.20.。不是会出1.80来买吧？ |

买保险公司很复杂， 不只买公司，连risk capital fund 也要算去(传统保单的抵押金），rm1 的东西值多少钱。。。 ？ |
