廖兄弟製鋁第三季淨利微揚

至於廖兄弟制鋁，截至2014年1月31日為止，第三季淨利為488萬1千令吉（每股淨利為1.96仙），與前期的487萬3千令吉（每股淨利1.96仙）相去不遠；而營業額為9千661萬8千令吉，前期為9千930萬8千令吉。

首9個月的淨利為1千590萬3千令吉（每股淨利為6.40仙），前期淨利為1千零93萬4千令吉（每股淨利為4.40仙）。而首9個月營業額為3億零968萬6千令吉，前期為2億9千323萬令吉。每股資產值為1令吉2仙。

截至2014年1月31日為止，該公司的總資產為3億8千552萬5千令吉，包括現金及相等於現金為3千190萬令吉。總負債則為1億3千263萬9千令吉。

（吉隆坡27日讯）因内需走强拉高盈收，廖兄弟制铝厂（LBALUM，9326，主板工业产品股）截至4月杪财年末季净利扬升2.37%，并派息每股2仙。

末季净利报617万7000令吉，较上财年同期的603万4000令吉，增长2.37%。营业额则增9.4%，达1亿667万2000令吉，上财年同期是9751万3000令吉。

末季每股盈利报2.49仙，上财年同期为2.43仙。

合计全年，廖兄弟制铝厂净利增长30.13%至2208万令吉，或每股盈利8.89仙。

根据财报，公司首季净利报527万3000令吉，或每股盈利2.12仙；上财年同期是532万2000令吉，相等于2.14仙每股盈利。

（吉隆坡5日讯）马币贬值造成原料成本增长，加上铝价格上扬导致盈利赚幅下滑，促使廖兄弟制铝厂（LBALUM，9326，主板工业产品股）次季净利按年挫42.28%，达329万令吉或每股净利1.32仙。

去年同期净利为570万令吉，相等于每股净赚2.29仙。

营业额微升

原料成本扬升，促使平均销售价格增长，进而激励公司次季营业额微扬4.83%，从上财年的1亿595万8000令吉，上升至1亿1107万4000令吉。

首半年，公司累计净利按年跌22.3%，达856万4000令吉；营业额则按年扬3.77%，录2亿2110万3000令吉。

铝价格上涨及原料成本增长，依旧是廖兄弟制铝厂未来挑战，但公司会逐步调整产品售价，并专注产能效率。【南洋网财经】

廖兄弟製鋁與億能 潛在達成協同效益

（吉隆坡13日訊）廖兄弟製鋁（LBALUM，9326，主要板工業）執行主席拿督廖忠華在上個月晉身為億能（ARANK，7214，主要板工業）主要股東，市場業者估計，他或可為兩家公司規劃協同效益。

據《The Edge財經週刊》報導，廖忠華于上個月躍升為億能主要股東，持股27.74%，廖兄弟製鋁和億能分別是區域內擠壓鋁和鋁擠壓坯的領先業者，因此廖忠華或從中進行商業規劃。

鋼鐵領域專才稱：“我可想像，廖兄弟製鋁將使用億能的鋁擠壓坯來生產擠壓鋁，聽起來是整合供應鏈。”

同時，廖兄弟製鋁可降低供應鏈的風險。

另一綱鐵公司執行人員認為，這是很好的商業意識，雙方的核心業務達到互補作用。

“從億能獲取鋁擠壓坯，廖兄弟製鋁可享有持穩和具競爭優勢的原料供應。億能則成為廖兄弟製鋁的上游供應商，可謂具固定訂單的穩定客戶。”
