与MITC整合 ML环球有望贏大型建筑合约

（吉隆坡28日讯）ML环球（MLGLOBAL，7595，主板建筑股）表示，一旦与林木生集团（LBS，5789，主板產业股）旗下的MITC工程公司（MITCE）整合，该公司预计在未来可以贏取更大型的建筑合约。
ML环球今日在股东特大中获得股东全票通过，以发出总值3亿令吉的新股和不可赎回可转换优先股（ICPS），收购MITCE的建议，完成林木生集团整合旗下建筑业务的计划。
ML环球股价今日下滑0.5仙或0.61%，以81仙闭市，全天成交量为21万5000股。
ML环球董事经理兼林木生集团董事经理丹斯里林福山在会后向媒体表示，通过整合ML环球与MITCE的方式，將可释放ML环球的真正价值，在未来贏得更大型的建筑合约。
「隨著大马政府积极与中国等其他国家建立商业合作关係，我相信，明年大马建筑领域將会受到激励而变得更活跃，更多的政府工程將会出现，ML环球將会藉此良机，从中分得一杯羹。」
他亦透露，ML环球目前手上的订单总值16亿令吉，其中未完成的订单价值10亿5900万令吉。
「在ML环球所有工程订单之中，有60%来自林木生集团旗下的產业发展项目。」同时，林福山补充道，ML环球现时的竞標订单总值9亿2800万令吉，其中也有60%的工作机会来自林木生集团。
「ML环球亦需参与林木生集团產业项目的竞標活动，以过往成功率来看，公司有80%的机会拿下订单；在外界建筑订单方面，ML环球的竞標成功率在50%以上，因我们只竞標有信心贏取的订单。」
另一方面，林福山透露，林木生集团在本財政年已达到11亿7300万令吉的销售额，逼近全年目標12亿令吉。

ML环球末季蒙亏

（吉隆坡27日讯）ML全球（ML Global Bhd）第四季净亏270万令吉，或每股0.75仙，上财年同期则净赚740万令吉，或每股8.26仙。
该集团将蒙亏归咎于较高的营运开销，包括3亿令吉收购MITC Engineering私人有限公司（MITCE）的专业费用和印花税、制造业务停止后维修工厂、以及应收账款与物业、厂房及设备减值。
ML环球今日向大马交易所报备，截至去年12月杪末季营业额从1630万令吉，飙升271.8%至6070万令吉，因整合11月时收购子公司的1个月业绩。
全年净利下挫96.8%至32万5000万令吉，2015财年为1020万令吉；营业额则由3700万令吉，大增1.6倍至9250万令吉。
ML环球指出，停止了屋瓦制造和贸易业务后，2017财年的表现将取决于建筑业务，该部门2016财年的收入达8790万令吉。
该集团表示，收购MITCE后，集团拥有先进的机械和技术人才，提供更多的商业机会，并可以竞标更大规模的外部建筑工程。
“这将继续补充集团的订单并创造盈利。集团乐观看待未来业务表现，并在2017财年取得更好的成绩。”

ML全球联营2.7亿综合产业
（吉隆坡23日讯）ML全球（MLGLOBAL,7595,主板建筑组）与Alaf Cahaya发展私人有限公司签署联营协议，以共同将雪州八打灵一块占地1万8965.72平方米的土地发展成总值2亿7000万令吉的综合产业发展计划。
该公司发文告指出，相关计划将分两期发展74个商业单位和398个服务公寓单位，而根据协议，集团将在2018年12月1日前完成首期商业单位的建设工作，并支付地主现拖欠主要承包商的1975万2788令吉和大华银行的800万令吉贷款。
除结算单位外，ML全球将享有整个发展计划的所有销售所得（包括未入账的销售单位余额）。

首季整合MITC业绩
ML环球净利暴涨8.14倍
2017年5月24日
（吉隆坡23日讯）ML环球（MLGLOBAL，7595，主板工业产品股）截至3月底首季，净利暴涨8.14倍，由去年同季的90万6000令吉，上涨至828万令吉，每股净利为2.3仙。
同时，营业额飙涨12.99倍，录得1亿5006万1000令吉，去年同季为1072万7000令吉。
ML环球今日向交易所报备，旗下业务表现之所以突飞猛进，归功于整合了去年底收购的MITC工程私人有限公司业绩贡献。
MITC工程正进行的建筑工程，贡献了约1亿4256万令吉的营业额。
ML环球指出，纳入MITC工程的订单，由整体扩大后的订单支撑，建筑业务将继续为公司贡献正面业绩，提升收入和未来的盈利表现。
随着来自建筑业的订单大增，该公司有信心，依然能保持稳健发展。

ML环球获10.4亿工程

（吉隆坡27日讯）ML环球（MLGLOBAL，7595，主板工业产品股）获母公司林木生集团（LBS，5789，主板产业股），颁发总值10.4亿令吉合约。
该公司周五向交易所报备，独资子公司MITC工程私人有限公司，接受一封得标书和两封意向书。
第一项合约是在雪兰莪巴生谷太子城（Bandar Saujana Putra），兴建4栋“我的雪兰莪房屋计划”公寓，合约价值达1亿6811万4718令吉。
ML环球会在6月动工，预计2019年第三季竣工。
第二项合约的价值为6亿8719万4000令吉，是在武吉加里尔兴建2栋公寓和2栋一马公务员房屋计划（PPA1M）公寓，10月动工，2020年末季完成。
最后一项合约是在雪邦龙溪（Dengkil）兴建2栋服务式公寓，合约价值达1亿8881万4150令吉，将在7月动工，2020年首季竣工。
上述合约将ML环球的手握订单，推高至20亿8000万令吉。【e南洋】

ML环球4000万投资预铸建材
冀明年上半年生产

（吉隆坡29日讯）ML环球（MLGLOBAL，7595，主板工业产品股）将投资3000万至4000万令吉，设立一家厂房，以生产预铸板块。
ML环球执行董事兼总执行长林立杰说，预铸板块厂房的计划，目前正处于规划阶段：预计该厂房首期的投资额介于3000万至4000万令吉。
林立杰说：“我们将从中国引进科技，包括生产预铸板块，及在建筑工地安装该些板块。希望明年上半年会看到，第一片使用预铸板块打造的墙壁。”
林立杰补充，最近盛行使用预铸板块来建造房屋，因为现在聘请劳工不容易，劳工成本也不便宜。
他今日在公司股东大会后，对媒体发表上述谈话。
出席者还包括ML环球董事经理丹斯里林福山和执行董事兼副总执行长林金河。
考虑成为统筹承包商
另外，林福山指出，该公司不会专注产业发展业务，不过未来会考虑成为统筹承包商（Turnkey Contractor），并与其他公司联营，发展产业项目。
“我们不会专注在产业发展业务。不过若地主缺乏现金，又需要建筑团队，那么公司就会可成为统筹承包商，提供设计及建造服务。”
林福山强调，ML环球会是一家建筑公司。
他还说，倘若地主面对融资问题，该公司还可协助他们获得贷款，并提供设计及建造服务。
林福山补充，目前该公司只有一个产业联营项目，那就是在雪州史里肯邦安，与地主合作联营发展总值2亿7000万令吉的房地产项目。
业绩佳或考虑派息
询及未来会否有其他联营计划，他指出，该公司有与其他公司洽谈联营。不过截至目前，并未落实任何计划。
“公司目前的竞标订单达10亿令吉；其中的80%是外部合约，剩余的20%是林木生集团（LBS，5789，主板产业股）项目。”
上周五，ML环球独资子公司MITC工程私人有限公司，获母公司林木生集团颁发总值10.4亿令吉合约。
该合约将ML环球的订单，推高至20亿8000万令吉。林福山相信，能让公司未来三年保持忙碌。

ML環球子公司 雪州聯營發展料獲利3250萬
2017年6月28日
（吉隆坡28日訊）ML環球（MLGLOBAL，7595，主要板建築）子公司Delta Gallery私人有限公司與Alaf Cahaya發展私人有限公司聯營發展八打靈一塊土地，料可獲得3250萬令吉發展盈利。
該公司向馬證交所報備，在考量到發展土地的發展潛能和前景，加上發展工程的預估發展總值為2億7000萬令吉、2億3650萬令吉發展成本，以及料有3250萬令吉發展盈利，雙方決定將土地買賣價格洽訂在3700萬令吉。
ML環球指出，上述發展工程涵蓋32層綜合發展大樓，將分兩個階段執行，首階段建築活動已在去年6月動工，料在2018年末季竣工，整個發展項目相信會在2021年完成。
至于所需的2億3650萬令吉發展成本，將由Delta Gallery支付，並通過銀行貸款、銷售所得款項、內部融資以及集資活動取得。【中国报财经】

ML环球获6814万合约
2017年7月12日
（吉隆坡11日讯）ML环球（MLGLOBAL，7595，主板工业产品股）获Samling Ekovest联营公司，颁发总值6813万7184令吉的合约。
ML环球向交易所报备，持股70%的间接子公司MGB Geotech私人有限公司，获得Samling Ekovest联营公司颁发合约，以承接砂拉越泛婆罗洲大道中，伦乐县石隆门（Bau）至KSR道路的打桩分包工程。
Samling Ekovest联营公司，是由怡克伟士（EKOVEST，8877，主板建筑股）独资子公司与三林资源私人有限公司联营。
上述合约为期20个月，将在明年10月31日完成。
订单增至20亿
董事部指出，新合约将提高ML环球现有订单，目前未完成订单，也增加至约20亿5000万令吉。【e南洋】
Type | Announcement | Subject | OTHERS | Description | LETTER OF AWARD FROM SAMLING EKOVEST JV SDN BHD | The Board of Directors of ML Global Berhad ("MGB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that MGB Geotech Sdn Bhd (“MGB Geotech”), an indirect 70%-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 10 July 2017, accepted a letter of award (“LOA”) from Samling Ekovest JV Sdn Bhd (“SEJV”) for the appointment of MGB Geotech as a sub-contractor to SEJV for the sub-contract works for ‘Piling Works – Bau, Lundu and KSR Section (Precast Reinforced Concrete Square Piles and Precast Prestressed Concrete Spun Piles)’ at a provisional contract value of RM68,137,183.64 (“Project”). The construction period is for twenty (20) months and shall be completed by 31 October 2018.
The Project will increase and enhance the existing order book of the Company and its group of companies ("Group"). With the Project in hand, the Group’s current outstanding order book is of approximately RM2.05 billion.
The Project will have no effect on the issued share capital of the Company but it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the Company and the Group over the duration of the Project.
None of the Directors, substantial shareholders of MGB and or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Project.
